The location is serene and picturesque, offering breathtaking views of the river, while the mansion itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing both luxury and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful extras made it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive, ensuring a memorable stay.

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

The place was amazing, exactly like the pictures and we were stunned by the views and how well kept the house was! The swimming pool was temprature controlled so we swam in the cold also! and we had more than required linen and ameneties! Im definitely coming back to stay at this place as the host gave us recommendations for everything in gabala!

Stayed for 2 nights at this place as I wanted a quiet and peaceful for a break and I had perfect time staying here. If you are looking for peaceful and quiet with a great cabin house with mountains in the front view, I recommend this place. Just expect you will go through rough off road but when you arrived at the place its beautiful. Thank you Nemat and your team for sorting the lights right away! Hope to see you soon again!

Nice place for a family.

The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Very convenient location, huge territory of the hotel where the house is located, we played tennis. We had a great dinner at the restaurant🥰 I definitely recommend it!

This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! Thank to Paata for amazing experience, the house is huge and suits perfectly for 8 persons. The territory is beautiful, we enjoyed the walk, the view, also we were happy to use spa and bowling in Ambassadori. Highly recommend 🙂

We had a great stay. We had all four rooms as we were traveling 2 adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for us. Rooms were great and the same goes for the outdoor areas. City is very relaxed and beautiful. We had breakfast all 3 mornings and it was amazing. Local producers and amazing eggs and pancakes. Best thing was Aleksander him self. Super kind and generous. We tasted his different wines and liqueurs and he was always up for some interesting conversations on big and small. We would love to come back one day.

Welcoming host, very responsive. Beautiful, very clean and well furnished chalet. We had difficulty finding the place, as the road on Google maps was only partially mapped out. But the host graciously came and guided us and offered to bring us again to the door if needed.

We visited our friends in Tbilisi area for a week and stayed at Tea's villa for a week. Two families (4 adults and kids) and all had the best feedback about the house. The location is amazing, you are up in the mountains in such peaceful area and at the same time close to the city (20 minutes by car). We drove to the city and a couple of times used taxi. The weather was a little chilly for the pool, but the kids still loved it and spend lots of time there. The house has everything for a comfortable stay, if you decide to cook or grill too. The house and bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay and 100% recommend it.

The villa is located in a quiet place, 5 min walk to the sea, 10 min to the water park. The pool is great, big and clean. The host is a very nice, friendly, hospitable person helped us with all questions, treated us with local delicacies. We enjoyed our stay at this villa.

We really loved Lasha's place and the hospitality of his brother Irakli who was available for anything we needed. We felt truly at home and our kids were sad to leave. You need a car if you want to move around, which we did, and explored so many wonderful places in Imereti a lot of which Irakli suggested to us and even accompanied us to. The house is in a small village and has everything one needs for a relaxing stay. If you want to be away from the noise and heat of the city, it is a perfect place. We would come back without thinking twice!
