Vous y trouverez une grande piscine à partager afin de profiter des journées ensoleillées. La commune de Lamagistère se situe à 15 km d'Agen -47-. À proximité vous trouverez de nombreux commerces, restaurants ainsi que le parc d'attraction Walygator à 20 min. La gare la plus proche est à moins d'1 km de la propriété.terie

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

At the gates of Quercy, overlooking the Garonne valley, in a quiet and wild environment, where you will enjoy a pond and forest paths. The Quercy stone welcomes you to pretty typical villages (Moissac with its cloister and Chasselas, Lauzerte, Auvillar). The Canal du Midi shows the richness of the Garonne Valley and the Château de Goudourville will reveal its history to you.

Le studio est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires, mais pas pour les enfants. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.
