Villa holiday rentals in Caudéran, Bordeaux

Probably the nicest house we’ve stayed in. The house has everything you need, and things you didn’t think you needed! We were able to borrow bikes and scooters from the garage to travel to the local supermarkets and patisseries. Every space is to a very high standard. Each bedroom has its own sink/shower/bath, and the auto shutters and aircon allow for a great nights sleep. The pool and outdoor space is wonderful. So much so that we didn’t want to go anywhere. The area is a quiet suburban area, but you can take bus G and be in to the city in 30-40minutes. Get off at Palais de Justice, and head towards the Grande Theatre for some lovely sights. Aude and Greg are responsive and super helpful, even booking our airport taxi as our French is not good enough to organise on the phone.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Béatrice, la maison est magnifiquement bien décorée et très bien équipée. L’extérieur est très agréable avec la piscine à 29degrés nous avons bien profité Elle est à disposition pour tout renseignement complémentaire et très flexible

La maison est une bulle de campagne en pleine ville. Les petits déjeuner sous le figuier, les heures de lecture dans le hamac ou sur un transat, les apéro-uno et les dîners sur la terrasse et les nombreux ploufs dans la piscine. Il fait bon de se laisser vivre dans cette maison. Les échanges avec Marion et Pierre ont été excellents. Les indications parfaites. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Maison dans un lotissement calme et peu fréquenté. À proximité, les voies d'accès à la rocade et aux commerces. La maison est joliment décorée, elle entourée d'un beau jardin. Pas de soucis pour le stationnement. La description faite est fidèle à l'annonce et Françoise est attentive à ce que tout se passe bien.

Stunning house with the wow factor, on a quiet road. Very private garden with a small swimming pool, ping pong, 2 sun loungers, table and chairs. Great outdoor gas cooking plate. Interior with high quality furniture and comfortable beds. It is a quiet 10 minute walk to Sainte Germaine tram stop (right near a Lidl), and then a 15 minute tram ride into the centre of Bordeaux. Tram system is fantastic and easy to use. We ordered a taxi online to take us from the airport as it was a Sunday evening. We then took the tram from the centre of Bordeaux out to the airport for our flight home. Benoit was brilliant at communicating and literally replied to my messages instantly, and messaged me during our stay to check all was ok. Ideal for a family with older children like ours, due to the walk to the tram and the travel into the centre, and the open staircase in the house.

Sam’s place is absolutely amazing, Sam was incredibly helpful and made checking in so easy/ helped with any info we needed. As for the lace itself, this is my favourite place I’ve ever stayed, the garden area is so relaxing and the house it’s beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We had one of the best holidays! The location is just a 20 min walk and you’re right in the centre. We especially enjoyed taking a trip to the dune which was a train then a bus ride away, the city park, doing a wine tour on st emilion. For food, the best place was la Tupina which was incredible. and for cheap eats - Anatole. for places to drink we loved le bar a vin for wine and la comtesse for cocktails! Highly recommended this place to stay. Thank you again to Sam and his family they were the best

Wij hebben met 7 personen een heerlijke week doorgebracht in het huis van Mickaël. Het was prachtig weer en we hebben optimaal genoten van het zwembad en de ligstoelen. De grote tafel in de tuin is onder een overkapping die voor schaduw zorgde. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de grote plus was de airco, in de huiskamer en in elke slaapkamer. De keuken is goed uitgerust en de grote vriezer maakt zelfs ijsblokjes. De vier slaapkamers zijn voorzien van dubbele bedden en de twee badkamers zijn modern en de douches heerlijk. Het huis ligt heerlijk vrij en toch is de bakker op loopafstand. Op 10 minuten rijden is een grote Auchan. Tip: gebruik P+R om naar Bordeaux te gaan. De communicatie met Mickaël was goed, hij is heel behulpzaam. Het in en uitchecken ging heel makkelijk.

Cette maison est un vrai cocon ! En passant la porte d’entrée typique de Bordeaux, on découvre une très grande pièce de vie (salon/cuisine) qui est lumineuse, confortable et bien équipée ! On se sent extrêmement bien dans cette pièce. La terrasse permet de manger dehors, le jardin est mignon (avec petit coin potager) et le plus c’est la piscine avec barrière sécurisée. Le chat Ocho est très discret, il a ses petits coins pour se reposer et se laisse caresser par les enfants avec plaisir. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison et les enfants encore plus car il y a énormément d’équipement et de jeux d’enfants!

La villa est spacieuse et bien aménagée. Les espaces extérieurs sont particulièrement bien entretenus. La vue sur les vignes alentours est magnifique. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Le contact avec l'hôte était réactif et agréable.

What a lovely visit we had. Sandrine's husband met us on arrival and gave a fantastic tour of the property with all the details we needed. Very friendly and made us feel at home right away! Absolutely stunning villa, great to share with friends and family. The location was perfect, very tranquil, a beautiful vista to wake up to every morning. Very spacious villa, with great facilities. Super host, very speedy to reply to any questions and gave some super recommendations. Very flexible on check in, check out time too!

WOW!! Just returned from a week at James & Eileen’s villa in Bourg to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary . There were 14 of us- 9 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children. All info provided prior to arrival by the hosts and the house mgt team (James, Lisa and Joe) was 5*! The check in/out & on hand support during our stay was absolutely flawless . This villa is stunning - more impressive than the photos! Bourg is a beautiful rural village and the villa was extremely spacious - perfect for family gatherings, beautifully decorated and felt sumptuous. Ambiance laid on for ourarrival& amenities for guests are unlike other private villas on offer for a party of our size .Felt immediately like a home from home.Pool was immaculate, all bedrooms beautifully furnished and living/lounge/cooking areas were of such a high standard. Villa in a superb location for exploring the vineyards. Recommend renting bikes to explore, enjoy BBQs at the villa, markets&citadel in Blaye. BOOK

Group of 10 girls. Daniel was an exceptional host, from check in to check out the experience was exceptional. Daniel provided useful recommendations for a local chateau tour which was wonderful. As was his recommendation regarding an online food order. The villa was fantastic, everything you could need and more.

Exceptionnel. J’ai passé 3 jours dans la maison avec mes amis avant mon mariage. C’est un lieu qui se prête à la convivialité et qui inspire beaucoup de joie ! Commerces à proximité pour faire les courses et à 10 minutes en voiture de Bordeaux. Je remercie également les hôtes qui sont d’une extrême gentillesse. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un excellent grand week-end dans ce très bel endroit. Nous étions 14 adultes et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié le lieu, la maison, le jardin avec la piscine, le brasero…La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée et très bien décorée. L’emplacement est superbe, au bord de l’eau sur la route de la corniche, très agréable à parcourir à pied ou à vélo. Et l’accueil de Denis est parfait!

Excellent séjour entre amis dans cette villa magnifique ! Aurélie a été très disponible et a l'écoute durant ces 3 jours. Je recommande les massages qui nous ont permis de nous détendre et de nous déconnecter totalement!

Sublime séjour chez HAMZA qui est un hôte au top ! Quartier paisible , maison SUBLIME, aucune difficulté de contact et d'accés : Tout simplement PARFAIT . Je vous recomande ce logement à 200% !!!!

Had an absolutely beautiful and peaceful time at Guillaumes house. It was clean had all the amenities we needed. The pool was lovely for the days we stayed in. We were in walking distance of the train station/ tram and plenty of buses. We did also hire a car for the second half of our holiday, which you do have to pay for parking on the street between 7pm and 9am but our days out were long so this wasn't an issue. We didn't realise until we got there that lots of the local restaurants were closed for holidays, which was a shame, but wasn't an issue. The kitchen was so sociable and the rooms a perfect size for the setup we needed. I have already recommended this place to friends and family if they get an opportunity to go. It was just stunning. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Sonia et Florent sont des hôtes très accueillants et disponibles. La maison est propre et très agréable, nous avons adoré profiter de la piscine par les fortes chaleur de l’été. Petit plus : les jouets présents dans la maison ont fait le bonheur de notre fils de 3 ans! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Jessie et Arnaud

The property was perfect for a family holiday. The property is very spacious, located in a quiet area with a private pool which was not overlooked by any other properties. The property was very clean and was situated a 2 minute walk from the tram line, with regular direct trams into the centre of Bordeaux [which took around 10 minutes]. There is a very large supermarket located a 5 or 6 minute walk away, which was very convenient. Thomas and Celine were in regular contact prior to our arrival. Thomas also very helpfully arranged a private transfer from the airport to the property which was of great assistance as we were travelling with 4 adults and 2 young children. The cost of the transfer was around half of the cost of transfers available online. We were met at the property by Beatrice who was extremely helpful. Beatrice had also messaged in advance of our stay and responded immediately to the couple of queries we had during our stay. We would highly recommend.

C’était la première fois que je louais un airbnb et ça c’est super bien passé. Les propriétaires sont adorables et présents si besoin ! Le logement était parfait. Et Pessac est très agréable. Merci encore Claude !

Merci à Sophie et Davy pour cette magnifique maison dans laquelle nous avons pu passer un merveilleux week-end entre amis ! La maison est très agréable et dispose de tous les aménagements nécessaires à un bon séjour. La terrasse et la piscine sont parfaits pour profiter du beau soleil bordelais. La communication avec Sophie et Davy a été très fluide et ils ont été très réactifs quant aux questions que nous avions en arrivant, et ils nous ont également été de bons conseils sur les activités à faire aux alentours.

Le logement de Virginie est tout simplement exceptionnel. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme mais à proximité du centre de Bordeaux par les transports en commun, cette maison est un véritable bijou : c'est spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la terrasse avec piscine est un lieu de détente absolue. Les chambres sont lumineuses, bien agencées et la literie est très confortable. Tout était parfaitement propre. Virginie et sa maman qui nous a accueillie sont charmantes, accessibles et réactives. Pour résumer, nous avons passer d'excellentes vacances et serions ravies de séjourner à nouveau chez Virginie !
