Single-story cottages, new condition in a secure, wooded, fenced property with 1500 m2 lawn. Each cottage is equipped with a large living room with kitchen, 2 small single bedrooms, 140 bed, shower room and separate toilet. Private shaded terrace with garden furniture + 1 shared terrace. It is one of three apartments in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sparkling white, named after the grape variety from which a delicious, sparkling white wine is made in our region. A very spacious and comfortable apartment (85 m²) for one to four people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Mauzac has two separate bedrooms. We accept pets for a small fee.
