Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Les Baillessats - a holiday destination for those who seek tranquility and love unspoiled nature. Our chalet stands separately on a hill and offers simple but very cozy, a small empire with everything you need. Its core is a large circus car. With up to six sleeping places, it is ideal for families with children or good friends. A covered veranda and the very popular sun terrace offer a wonderful view of the Galamus Gorges and Mount Canigou.

Recently renovated to a high standard, these spacious, open plan apartments offer a comfortable base from which to explore the region and all it has to offer. A The central village location is within a short stroll of all the village amenities: bar, restaurant, bakers, grocery store, doctors, etc....and of course the wine caves! There is free parking nearby plus a secure garage available onsite for use by guests with motor bikes or bicycles.

located between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, Caudiès makes it easy to visit the department. Around the village you have swimming pools, rivers to swim and Cathar castles.. In the stone house you can cool off after the hot days. Cleaning is required. I ask for a deposit of 50 euros that I return if it's clean, after verification. Linens are not provided. in winter, I add a heating package of 40 euros for a week.

In the heart of Cathar Country, between the villages of Lapradelle and Caudiès (100 m from the D117), close to the castles, this 60 m2 cottage on two floors enjoys total tranquility in a green setting with a 1000 m2 independent wooded plot. This small house near our home is made of exposed stone and will protect you from the heat of summer. Ideal base for your nature or cultural hikes as well as for whitewater sports.

You will find yourself in the heart of the village of Lapradelle-Puilaurens in the Aude valley beneath Puilaurens' Cathar castle. You will be in this magnificent green valley, close to activities such as rafting, a tourist train with velorail and the Cathar trail. Charming spacious studio with all amenities including a garden.
