Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Caunes-Minervois

A very peaceful and charming French village — we really enjoyed our stay at Olivier and Céline’s place. Thank you for your recommendations on places to visit, we loved everything!

We had a pleasant stay in a nice, well-appointed accommodation. We were able to enjoy the pool, the petanque court, the foosball and the pool table. The residence is ideally located, close to Carcassonne and many other activities. Thank you to our host, Jimmy, for his welcome and responsiveness when we needed to ask him questions. We recommend!

What a pleasure to arrive in this peaceful place from which we could go on our different hikes. Well done for this treasure hunt that we will not reveal more: it takes imagination and mutual help between participants. Congratulations on your works that make this place unique.

Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately comfortable and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Certainly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external elements mean that these are not always possible. But the feeling of living in harmony with nature makes you forget these small inconveniences.

We were a party of three who recently had a most enjoyable holiday in Karlolina's house. The house has been beautifully renovated and has a lovely garden. The village is charming- it was very quiet in early May but I'm sure it is much busier in the height of summer. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, including Carcassonne (very busy) and a handful of the many Cathar castles in the region. Our tour and tasting at the local vinegar producer was very interesting.

Thank you for the good care and the good spacious apartment. The location was definitely very good and the fact that we could park safely too! The apartment is very neat, spacious, kitchen equipped with all basic equipment. Bathroom is also neat. Air conditioning functions well both heating and cooling. Guests must convince themselves that they are pulling the front door tightly when they leave the premises.

Excellent stay in this independent cottage with a great view! Just like at home, nothing was missing and we loved the enclosed outdoor space, as did our dog! We were also very well received by Thierry! Thank you very much;)

Virg’s apartment is spacious, classically French, located on the outskirts of Béziers city centre, and has all the amenities you could need. We stayed here for a week and ate in a few times, plus did some laundry. It’s easy to park on the streets for free nearby. Virg was a fabulous host - she met us for check in and check out, sent us recommendations on where to eat, and responded very quickly to messages. She went above and beyond to overcome the English-French language barrier in-person, and also helped us out finding some lost property within the apartment building. Beziers is a great place to stay - lots to do and eat in the city, and you’re only a 30min drive to beaches and other attractions. We would happily come back to this part of France and would recommend Virg’s apartment to anyone else.

Paul's studio is very nice and has everything. There's everything, and more. It's better than described in the listing and is in a great location. Plus, it's a place that has a soul. And this soul is given to him by Paul, the host, with his kindness, his attentiveness and his gentlemanliness. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

A gem property a stone throw away from the town. The house is modernly design within an antique building. It looks what shown in the photos.

All amenities were available in the accommodation and even more than what you can expect from an Airbnb. ideal for cooking. everything you need to come with a baby and family with children.

Very comfortable and spacious accomodation with great views and easy access to the citadel and Ville Basse. Well equipped kitchen and several options for eating in and outdoors. Entertainment includes bicycles, table tennis and nice pool. Pierre communicated well and responded quickly to any queries.

a small night spent during a trip to 6 for the large buffet. ideally located, the sleeping and the configuration of the house and great , the pool side arrived puts back in shape of the journey and Florence was able to welcome us as it should be. I recommend

We had a great stay at Gilles' house. Gilles could not welcome us exceptionally on our arrival but everything had been put in place so that we had no problems. We also thank him for the small intentions he left us... The garden is better than in the photos! It's very peaceful, barbecue, swimming pool and especially the jacuzzi at temperature from our arrival which we were able to enjoy every evening. We spent a wonderful week here on a family trip (5 adults and 1 toddler). The house had plenty of space for us all and an idyllic garden and pool. A cot, high chair, plates and toys were provided, with kids Netflix also available, which made it a perfect stay for our toddler. We would definitely return and recommend!

Lise's accommodation is fabulous. It is spacious, clean and you can find everything you need, just like at home. The park is beautiful . My grandchildren loved playing there all together. Supermarkets are 5 km away, there are all the stores you want up to Action ..... The village is easily accessible on foot, there is a supermarket, tobacco, pizzeria ..... the calm of the property is very relaxing. There are lots of games in the cellar, racket games, badminton... we played a lot. Towels and tea towels as needed. There are also board games and lots of books. This house has a soul and we thank Lise very much for hosting us there but also for her kindness and availability. And thank you for letting us enjoy it longer than expected. I had the pleasure of staying two nights in a remarkably decorated, bright, quiet and perfectly equipped accommodation. The setting is both peaceful and very pleasant. I would like to thank Sabine and Eric for their high-quality welcome, their availability and their sense of service. Their wise advice on local activities and good addresses greatly enriched my stay. I also had the chance to discover local products made available in the accommodation. It was a very successful experience, which I will be happy to repeat to continue discovering the region.
