Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance. NO CAMPFIRES OR FIREPITS TO BE USED AT THE MOMENT

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Although peaceful, it is moments off the A1, so great for onward journeys. It is also ideally placed for access to the famous Newark showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to the riverside pub and lovely walks. A completely private cottage with one large double, a twin, lounge area, kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard.

Bakers Cottage, is a lovely detached cottage located in the centre of Saxilby, within a 5 min walk to the train station. This spacious property is the perfect holiday home for visiting Lincolnshire, it is just moments away from the city of Lincoln and within easy reach of the Lincolnshire's many attractions. Inside you will find a good size, well equipped kitchen, hall way leading to a lounge/diner. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite and a family bathroom.

Sheffield and Leeds are an hour away by car. The cottage features a wonderful moat and has private off road parking. Stabling and horse box parking available at an extra cost.
