I highly recommend. I had a great stay at this listing. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and very well located, close to shops. The bed was comfortable and everything went very well from start to finish. The pool is really great as well as the view! The host was welcoming and available for any questions. We were super satisfied with the apartment. Everything was very clean when we arrived. A spacious living-dining area, an extra bedroom and parking right outside the door. Plenty of room for our extra motorcycle gear! Everything was there. The kitchen was very well equipped, there was even a washing machine. Overall a great place to explore the south of Corsica!

We had a great family stay in this villa with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain! Access to the sea on foot is appreciable. A large swimming pool and everything you need for sunbathing. The rooms are spacious and we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. Tasteful decoration of the whole house and everything you need to cook. A very nice basket of goodies welcomed us😊. Thanks to our host. We recommend this villa without a second thought. The situation is also an asset.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

The place was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was exceptional. The equipment is of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with a little cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. We stayed here in October with our multigenerational family, including 2 kids, and it was perfect. Great access to the beach, hikes, and town of Cargèse. Loved our stay at this beautiful home.

We stayed a week with 8 adults and 5 children in this fantastic house. We have all traveled a lot and have rented numerous Airbnb apartments, but the villa in Cala Rossa is by far the nicest place we've ever had. The house is even nicer than in the photos. The location right on the beach is simply incredible - you wake up in the morning and look at the sea, have breakfast on the terrace with the same beautiful view and are right on the beach. Our children were overjoyed and were also able to play wonderfully in the large garden. Host Nelly was super nice and helpful and brought us a new one on Easter Sunday 30 minutes after we told her that the coffee maker is broken. The house and kitchen are equipped with everything you need. Each of the four families we were there with had their own bathroom. For larger groups with children, the villa is absolutely perfect. We will be happy to come back

Everything was great, the view and the outdoor area were our highlight. There were minor signs of wear in the house, which was not bad. Communication was great and quick👍🏼. Due to the good connection, you could also explore the area very well. All in all, a great place to stay. We'd love to come back.

superb cottage, very functional, quiet and in the heart of the vineyards. 2 beautiful terraces, one of which is very large and well appointed. The pool is very beautiful too, with greenery and shadows around if the sun hits too much. Very welcoming hostess, who offered us the visit of her estate and the tasting of her wines.

We stayed a week in October with our four kids very happy in this great house. Everything you need. A wonderful sea view. The pool was large and a highlight for the kids. Thank you for this unforgettable week in Corsica!

Stunning house and very well equipped. Ideal for famillies with children with direct access to the beach and a lovely grass area in the enclosed garden. Beautiful sunset every night! Emmanuel has been very responsive and flexible which is very appreciated however, it is a shame that we didn't get a proper tour / informations by the concierge about the property when we arrived, or at least the next day (as we arrived very late). Especially, as some of the bay windows were extremely hard to open or even didn't open at all, it would have been nice to have a heads up! But will definitely book again in the future, hoping those will get fixed.

Recommendation! Completely satisfied, we were on the road a lot but the apartment is well equipped for 4 people to spend time there! Jean-Marie is very friendly and had many tips for us. The beach is within walking distance and on weekdays we were almost alone there. Those who do not like to eat pizza will find what they are looking for in the "Rivoli" or even better in the "Plage d'argent". You definitely need a car. And mosquito spray! (The windows of the apartment were all equipped with good insect protection - slept well. Thank you, Jean-Marie!

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Thank you very much for the great service, we'll be back in 2026!

We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has a great view, so we were able to relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you can enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car, with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maud solved minor problems very quickly.

A very warm welcome, Jean Jacques is a caring person towards his guests, everything was impeccable. The villa is very beautiful, very modern, with a lot of taste. Ideal villa, especially with children, the setting is splendid and the safety level of the pool or terrace is top-notch, nothing to complain about. Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! A sleek and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it is even bigger than it may appear in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for playing soccer and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! In terms of equipment, everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, both inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

Beautiful villa, very clean and well appointed. Peaceful setting with great beaches close by and interesting places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, provided great beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave!
