Aou Roques gite is located on the edge of a small village surrounded by farmland and with distant views of the Pyrenees. The small town of Plaisance is just five minutes by car with an two supermarkets, weekly street market and a range of shops, entertainment and amenities. The wine growing regions of Madiran and Saint Mont are a short distance away and the Pyrenees can be reached in just over an hour. The area is great for cycling and walking and renowned for its many festivals in summer.

The house is fully renovated, with 4 large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and there is a 5th Bedroom /Library with a Double Sofa Bed. The White Bedroom has a Kingsized Bed & a Single Sofa Bed. There is a grand salon with seating for 12 and a large dining table with seating for 12, a kitchen breakfast room, a Library/Bedroom 5 and cloakroom.

At the end of a private road, Sylvie, Vincent and Vanilla (Australian Shepherd) will be happy to welcome you to their cottage with unobstructed views of the sunflower and corn fields. 40 m2, single-story, duplex studio located next to the owners, not overlooked.

Studio for nature and animal lovers

Studio in the heart of the countryside, 10 minutes from Marciac, 30 minutes from Nogaro and 1 hour from the mountains. Guests can take advantage of its functionality with its equipped kitchen (fridge, induction stove, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave), shower room. For animal lovers we have a small family parrot farm. We also breed Australian Shepherds.

Le Hibou has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining area & fully equipped kitchen, plenty of private space & a private terrace. In total – 110 square metres (approx 1200 square feet). This Gite is huge & has plenty of space for additional beds if required,please ask.
