Unique house in the middle of a charming southern French wine village. The house is spacious and spread over three floors, 5 bedrooms with 10 beds. Two fully-equipped kitchens (excellent for two families to rent) and 3 bathrooms. Sunny private courtyard with large pool (4x8 m) with dining area, barbecue and sun loungers. In the village there are bakers, butchers, a couple of restaurants and several wine producers with tasting and sales. 10 minutes to grocery stores. 35 minutes to the Mediterranean, 30 minutes to Béziers and the nearest airport and 1 hour to Montpellier.

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Our stone house also benefits from an attached studio for additional family members including double bed, washer, dryer, sink and an extra bathroom, perfect for access when sunbathing near the pool !

La Petite Bohème has been recently renovated in a contemporary style and can be found in the heart of the medieval village of Thézan-lès-Bèziers, surrounded by hills and vineyards. You can access a number of shops by foot along with the weekly Sunday market.
