Surrounded by a closed and beautifully landscaped garden, spacious villa offering 3 bedrooms including 2 doubles, a large and comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and 2 toilets. Outside, barbecue and large terrace. Direct access through the living room. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) are provided. Breakfast is available the day after your arrival Butcher, baker, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, post office, hairdresser, doctor, press are within a 5-min walk.

Caux is a lively Mediterranean village with a boulangerie, cafes and restaurants, only thirty minutes from the beaches of Metz, Sete and Cap d'Agde. Beautiful vineyards surround this historic village and your apartment rests in a historic winemakers house where you can laze in the shade of a walled stone courtyard and terrace. Fifteen minutes from Caux you can explore the magic of medieval Pézenas with it's Saturday market held amongst the towns ancient buildings, a must for this area.

Located in the charming and peaceful village of Caux, in the heart of the Hérault department, come and enjoy and relax in this new house with all comforts! The accommodation consists of a large living room with open-plan kitchen and sofa bed (real bed x2 seats) a bedroom with double bed, a beautiful bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Outside you will have access to the large swimming pool, which we also have access to, a beautiful terrace area... we look forward to hosting you!
