The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

The Azalee

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen

Located in Pavia, right in the center, in front of the Basilica of San Pietro in Ciel D'Oro and Casa Milani, it offers bright accommodation with a separate entrance, loft bed, large windows and glass curtains. The apartment features a living room with fully equipped kitchen, renovated stove and dining table, a bathroom, a sleeping area with double bed and walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. Newly renovated 50m² apartment on the ground floor with independent entrance, no steps, free parking in the courtyard and self check-in. Located a few minutes from the center of Pavia, adjacent to the hospital facilities, a short walk from the train station and easily accessible from the highway exits. Cozy attic located in a quiet area, a 7-minute drive to the center of Pavia and the hospital centers. Private parking in the internal courtyard. No garage. In a strategic area to reach Milan because it is 2 minutes from the Pavia ring road. Within a few minutes' walk you can find supermarkets, pharmacy, dry cleaner, bakery, newsstand, bars and restaurants.
