Brand-new luxury villa facing Cap Lardier, offering high-end amenities and beautifully designed interiors. Facing the sea, with no overlooking neighbours, in a peaceful setting, just 400 metres from the beach and local shops. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every modern comfort, including home automation, an espresso machine, an American-style fridge/freezer and a gas barbecue. It has been designed to comfortably accommodate 3 couples. The 5 bedrooms have been carefully decorated in an elegant ivory-white style: 3 king-size beds, 2 bunk beds with pull-out trundle beds, plus an additional single bed in one of the three double bedrooms. The floor plan is available among the photos. The 1,100 m² fully enclosed garden (including 600 m² of flat land) is beautifully landscaped and filled with flowers and Mediterranean plants: white oleanders, lavender, palm trees, mimosa and more. The swimming pool is professionally maintained on a weekly basis. Bed linen and bath towels are available upon request. Villa Claudia (sleeps 6, 150 m2) is part of the Domaine des Palmiers which consists of three independent villas. The other two villas are not for rent. The house is surrounded by one hectare of pine forest and garden, with almond, fig and lemon trees. This house was the workshop of the painter Jean Miotte (1926-2016), it is a place bathed in light. In winter, the beautiful central fireplace allows you to enjoy evenings by the fire while enjoying Provence during the day.
