The "Little Red Cottage" in Cave Springs

Welcome to the “Little Red Cottage” in Cave Springs. This Historic Farmhouse was completely renovated with the exception of the original wood floors. The decorating is full of color, detail and elegance, and yet the floor-plan is very functional and comfortable. This 1200 square foot cottage sits on 20 acres in the middle of Northwest Arkansas, close to everything. Just 6 miles to XNA, 8 miles to the Walmart Home office, miles to Crystal Bridges , and 17 miles to the University of Arkansas. This cottage is immaculately clean for the most particular travelers. The house is limited to 4 people and has a no pet policy and is a no smoking home. However, smoking is permitted outside on the patios. There are three patio/porch areas to enjoy the great outdoors and don’t be surprised by the resident deer in the yard. The is plenty of room to park horse trailers, bike trailers, and RV’S. Just let us know what your needs are and hopefully we can accommodate them.

This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not currently accessible to guests.

This home was perfect for us! We were in the area for an extended weekend for a baseball tournament. Our first rental through Vrbo was awful and we had to look for a new rental last minute. Kim got right back to me and allowed us to check in early! It turned our whole stay around. The home was clean and has great character. The outdoor areas - front porch and a barn with a fire pit/patio- were all in excellent condition. The home is close to everywhere but you still feel like you’re in the country. A great gem of a find!

The home was perfect for us, there were 4 of us working at Fastlanes installing a new Laser Tag Arena. It was nice to come 'home' to a pleasant house with ALL the amenities you could need. The mattresses are memory foam, something none of us had slept on previously. Slept well though. Host communication was excellent. We would definitely book this home again.

Lisa was a wonderful host! We knew exactly what we needed for check in / check out and had welcome snacks for us when we arrived. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 5-10 minutes from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We had a great time at Lisa’s and will see if it’s available to book when returning to Roger’s for another concert.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The host was incredibly accommodating—especially on short notice—and made sure everything was just right for a peaceful weekend getaway. The cottage itself is cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. One of the highlights was the delicious homemade “sticky bread” they provided—such a treat! Being next to the owner’s home gave the stay a warm, welcoming feel, but we also had plenty of privacy. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking to relax and recharge.
