House holiday rentals in Cave Springs

Girl's Trip was a success! Beautiful home, comfortable, peaceful, just as described. The sunrise was breathtaking. Fog filled the sky above the lake making it look as if we were up in a plane - floating on clouds. I would suggest bringing a couple additional rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels (depending on how long your stay is). Those items are supplied: one roll TP per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, once those run out, you run out. We were prepared for this as we read the reviews. The water tastes good if you are one that is concerned on that. There is an ice maker in the freezer. The dishwasher has a few pods to run a cycle or two. Washer and dryer worked well and they supplied a few pods for laundry too. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The large windows are incredible. Smart tvs allow you to stream services that you are subscribed too. WiFi worked excellent. Mother Nature showed us her glory with thunderstorms, sunrises, birds, bats and bunnies!!

We loved our stay! My daughter was a huge fan of the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood close to many activities. We needed a battery for the remote for a ceiling fan and Aimee dropped one off that day, which we appreciated.

Amazing location for Mountain Biking, highly recommend if you are looking to bike from where you are staying. The pool is a huge plus for hot days, and great to lounge around. The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfy, we all slept great! Kitchen and household supplies could be better stocked, especially for those who like to cook (more bowls/cutting knives/pizza cutter) and we ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher pods after 3 days. The upstairs also stays pretty warm even with the AC, but we are from Wisconsin so maybe we aren't used to that lol. Kitchen chairs could also be updated as they are pretty worn down and uncomfortable if you plan on playing games. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

The home is beautiful, the wooded seclusion felt like we were in our own home, this was my first trip ever to Rogers Arkansas and i loved everything about it and i would highly recommend the stay to anyone!

This was a great place for our family getaway weekend. The pool, hot tubs, basketball court, disc golf, ping pong table, and shuffleboard fit the bill for our teen grandson! Great place to spend quality time together away from the hustle and bustle of crowds!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Susanna's home. It was very clean, peaceful, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that was also incredibly convenient to everything we needed. The person welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home from the start. Communication was clear, timely, and very helpful throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience- we would absolutely stay here again.

The home was perfect for us, there were 4 of us working at Fastlanes installing a new Laser Tag Arena. It was nice to come 'home' to a pleasant house with ALL the amenities you could need. The mattresses are memory foam, something none of us had slept on previously. Slept well though. Host communication was excellent. We would definitely book this home again.

This was the perfect home base for a long weekend of mountain biking. It was not too far (by car) to trails in all directions. My two teenagers loved the gaming room and ping pong / pool table. TV's in each bedroom let everyone relax as they like. Having access to a full garage was a huge bonus when you are traveling with four mountain bikes.

Our stay was great and everything was exactly as described. We stayed when some nasty weather came through and lost power for a bit, but she told us where some candles were and reported it, power came back on fairly quickly. No issues with the house at all, it’s a very nice place. It is down a bit of a long dirt road, but no big deal

The home is cute, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

From the initial inquiry to booking, arrival and departure, John and Melissa were exceptional hosts. The house was perfect for our week's stay with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fitted with everything we could possibly use. We were appreciative of the sharp knives. It was a bonus to have a laundry room and we enjoyed the back deck in the afternoons to read and have a cold drink. Very pleasant. The interior was thoughtfully created with plenty of room for food prep, having meals and watching TV. One bedroom was outfitted as an office and it was perfect for my husband to set up his laptop and work on his pictures that he had taken during the day. A notebook was available with suggestions on places to see and things to do. Many small touches were appreciated - lovely amenities in the bathrooms and many units in each room to plug in our electronics. Comfortable bed! I would recommend John and Melissa's rental highly and would return in a heartbeat!

We were in town for a concert and hiking. The Shack was the perfect location for us, right in the middle for everything we did. The Shack felt like home, it was super clean, and Kurt was so nice! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, my buddy and I did. It was a brief one. However it definitely felt very yummy. The colors are vibrant and it’s just a wonderful place to hang out not too far from everything but far enough that you don’t feel like you’re crowded. Definitely will be staying here. Anytime I come to Bentonville

We had a great stay at Owen’s 2-bedroom townhome in Bentonville! The location was perfect—close to downtown and with easy access to the local mountain biking trails. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Owen was a responsive and friendly host, which made check-in and communication easy. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bentonville!

We were in the area for a wedding. Family came from Florida , Wisconsin and Arkansas, they loved the house and location! Our stay was great, the house was located close to shopping and restaurants but yet the neighborhood was quiet. We were able to get out and walk. Megan was very quick to respond to my questions, she has been very thoughtful ..providing items in the home to make the stay more like "home". Thank you for an effortless and enjoyable week!

We had a great stay at The Purple Door for my daughter’s U of A graduation. It was safe, comfortable, clean, quiet. Space was well furnished and comfy beds. Host was responsive and friendly. Great recommendations on restaurants provided in a notebook. If you need an iron, bring one. We would definitely stay here again!

Came to town for my daughter’s softball tournament, and Rex’s place was perfect! Very clean and kitchen and bathrooms were supplied well. Thanks for the hospitality!
