Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cave Springs

The place was well stocked and clean. we enjoyed our stay very much. We did have to leave early due to an emergency and the policy allows no refunds for unused days/nights. That needs to be changed for business travelers and folks on vacation. Life happens and being out due to things beyond you control is never a good feeling.

We had a great time at Brandon's place. There's lots to do in the area and you aren't far from the Missouri border if you want to go fish there. A couple of minor things that didn't really bother us much but you may consider depending on what you are doing--it is a bit noisy in the house since there's no carpet and very little sound attenuation. The TV in the living room is also mounted a little high, but you may not be spending too much time indoors if you are staying in Bella Vista. The place is very clean and things looked good. The appliances worked well and it was easy to get in and out of the house. We enjoyed our time and would recommend it.

We had a great stay! This was a great location next to Coler. Nikki had great communication and checked in on us during our trip to make sure we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend. The location was perfect - minutes to Osage House, shopping, dining and more. We appreciated that dogs were welcome and the fenced yard made our visit even more convenient. The floorplan was perfect for a family with small children (even has baby gates for stairs and a highchair) or three couples to stay comfortably. The home is nicely decorated and has comfortable furniture (including beds) with well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. There is a driveway and street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Finally, the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this lovely home and look forward to staying here again!

Came to town for my daughter’s softball tournament, and Rex’s place was perfect! Very clean and kitchen and bathrooms were supplied well. Thanks for the hospitality!

My husband and I absolutely love staying here! We stayed here on our wedding night, and come back each year for our anniversary. This is the perfect place to get away from our phones and just spend time together relaxing on the porch. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic but I'm afraid to say so because it might become really popular! We loved the country setting with close access to everything. We loved the chickens in the yard. The hot tub was such a bonus. The clean, uncluttered home was truly appreciated after a long day of driving with three kids. When we asked if they might, by chance, have a pull-up for our little one, they ran right over immediately. I certainly didn't expect that level of care. Thank you so much Levi and Carole Lee!

This place was perfect for a weekend in Fayetteville! The apartment was not even 5 minutes walking distance from dickson st., the perfect location! This will be my new go to place when I come to Fayetteville!

This is a perfect location for going to Walmart AMP events. There are several food options within walking distance and the AMP is less than a 10 minute walk. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay. I will definitely look for this place when attending concerts in the future.

With great experience for their stay in wonderful communication through Todd. The check-in was easy and we knew what to expect well before coming in for Business. The location is amazing, right off the highway and close to tons of restaurants and entertainment like Topgolf and the amp music venue. Will be back!

The stay was amazing . It was last minute and they were very responsive. The place was beautiful the photos did no justice because it looked better in person ! We enjoyed our stay and appreciate their hospitality.

Rachel’s place was a Godsend! I used to live in the area and was coming in to get my hair done and my plans changed at the last minute and I needed a place to stay. Rachel was flexible enough to accommodate me for just one night stay which I appreciated so much. The area where this beautiful Airbnb is incredibly peaceful and serene there are cows across the street in the pasture, and there are chickens visiting around the porch. I could’ve sat on the porch for the entire weekend and just read. It is also only about 20 minutes from Fayetteville, which has so much to do and great restaurants. The Airbnb was spotless and the bathroom shower was gorgeous.

I'm not one to stay in a downtown are but this place is the one exception. Beautiful Apartment and the area is great. Plenty of places to eat, hangout, and explore. The best part is most of it is within walking distance! Highly recommend checking this place out.
