My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! Big shoutout to Kuya Jason who helped out whenever we needed something during the trip. Thanks, Eia & Tito Ji! 😊

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

The family loved the comfortable, tranquil, and beautifully designed home. We'll come with yoga mats and instructor next time to make the most of the peaceful surroundings and view of Mt. Banahaw.

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

A Peaceful Escape with the Perfect Pool We spent the weekend at this beautiful rental and it was exactly what we needed—a private, peaceful retreat away from the noise of everyday life. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. It was deep and huge and comes from a hot spring so we all enjoyed staying in the pool for hours! The property is incredibly private—no neighbors in sight, it was the kind of place where you could truly unplug and unwind. The interior was cozy and comfortable, but we honestly spent most of our time at the pool. The outdoor setup, with plenty of seating and a shaded area, made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing pool to recharge and relax, this place is a gem.

I had a very pleasant overnight stay. Wifi was good and was able to work. Slept well on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. I wish I had tried the pool :-) beautiful garden made it extra special.

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

the host is so accommodating and allow us to have an early check in so we can have our boat ride before the actual check in time.. the host also assist us in booking a boat ride to pagsanjan falls.

I had a very comfortable stay at Shum's Transient Place. The room is very nice. It's huge! And the bathroom is very nice too. The location is very accessible and near establishments.

The place was in a great location—very accessible to all the areas we wanted to visit. There were convenience stores nearby, which made everything super easy. The host, Daniel, was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. The place was clean and well-prepared when we arrived. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience.

Kathleen was a great host and the location was beautiful! The rooftop has a breathtaking view. The airconditioning was great. And the bathroom was comfortable. The pool was also a very much desired luxury on the days when the weather was warm. The location is also very close to the maintown area, so we were able to pick up groceries and food easily. The host was also accommodating when we said we were bringing guests that needed to park their cars in the front. Having said these things, we were a little confused if the karaoke room on the rooftop was supposed to be avaiable to guests. On the first night, the host's family was singing karaoke above us, which was fine but just a bit of a surprise. Later in the week, we sang a bit ourselves but then, based on the host's reaction, weren't sure later if that was something we were permitted to do. Otherwise, everything was great and we'd recommend this stay to everyone!
