Die Wohnung (100m2) kann bis zu 9 Personen beherbergen (4 Erw.+5 Ki. oder bis 6 Erw.+3 Ki.) und besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, einem grossen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett + Etagenbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett (1.40 + 90), eine sehr grosse überdachte Terrasse (40m2), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical.
