Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

Casa Lola, a window in the heart of Livorno

The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building in Piazza Mazzini, on the beautiful Livorno seafront. It is a 5-minute walk to the port and boarding, and 10 minutes to the Venice district, its canals and the central market. There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants at a good price around the house. The bus stop is on the opposite side of the square: from there you can reach the station and the most beautiful sea and hill tourist destinations.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the city, next to the Goldoni theater, 50 meters from Livorno's main shopping street and 1 km from the sea. Located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium, it consists of a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchen divided by an arch with column, a very quiet terrace located at the back, a small entrance, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a large double bedroom with the possibility of a cot and ceiling fan.

"Casa Made in Story" is a large modern house with an independent entrance and 300 square meters of garden. It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and has 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. Depending on guests' needs, you can have 3 double beds. To these it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessorian bed (for children from 1 to 3 years old).

Cozy and relaxing apartment, very quiet area. Cross the main road and you're on the Livorno waterfront. We are on the third floor with an elevator. Convenient for parking your car, there is also indoor parking (not large), minutes away from the city center. Large terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is very bright and refurbished as of March 2024, linens, dishes, pots, table and chairs all new. If necessary, a 60x120 crib is available.

At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
