Holiday rentals with beach access in Cavtat

Maja and Damir’s apartment is lovely and just as pictured. The location is great and it was very clean and spacious. Communication with Maja was seamless and we would absolutely recommend a stay here!

We cannot say enough positive things about the host Luksa and the apartment. He was fantastic from the initial contact to when we checked out. Warm, welcoming, and always available. He arranged a lovely driver, Srjdan, to pick us up at the airport; we called upon him several times to drive us. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, well stocked, and in the perfect location - just above Old Town to be out of the crowd, but close enough to walk. The apartment size is very European and was perfect for the 2 of us, meaning if you are looking for a huge modern hotel space, stay in Texas. The views from the balcony were magical, and because of that, we spent more time there than anticipated. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and will certainly always stay with Luksa in the future.

Such a great location with a breathtaking view. Felt right at home & Daniella and her mom were great hosts. Highly recommend staying here if your visiting Dubrovnik and don’t want to stay directly in the Center.

Couldn’t recommend Hilarije/ Marina’s apartment enough. Our second time to visit and can’t wait to go back already. Perfect location, lovely private veranda to sunbathe and relax on, literally a minute walk to the beach where there are a few bars and restaurants and only 10-15 mins scenic walk into the main area where there are loads of bars restaurants and scenic walks. The Perfect place for a stunning, relaxing break! A taxi was also organised for us to and from the airport which is only a 10 minutes drive away. Literally heaven in every sense of the word!

What a place and experience! Nataša was fantastic, meeting us at apt and answering ALL questions. Recommendations enhanced experience. The view might give you reason not to explore Dubrovnik but it only gets better. Leaving with wonderful memories!

We had a wonderful stay in Mirna’s sea-front apartment. During our stay, we chose to cross the beach in order to get to the apartment. The walk wasn’t too strenuous for us and our two kids (aged 2 and 4 years). It's better to arrive for the first time during daylight hours (which we didn’t, but we got super lucky to run into Mirna who showed us the way). Our only request during the stay (a baby crib) was promptly fulfilled by Mirna. We'd like to thank our hosts!

Ivana’s flat is really quite special. We chose it for the location and views and it did not disappoint. The beach out the window was delightful…we will hold such special memories of this place! The location was perfect…just outside the walled city, but 80% less crazy than i sode the walls. The flat is small (we are a family of four), but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we spent most of our time outside or looking out the windows at the gorgeous views. Ivana was such an incredible host. She is so friendly and helpful, which we appreciated so much! She arranged for transport to and from the airport and answered every question. We felt like guests and appreciate Ivana and other locals sharing their beautiful country with us!

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Everything has been thought of in the apartment. Giovanni and Ana are very warm people. The home made liqueur tasted great, while we enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea on the balcony. The only downside is the noise from the traffic on the road, but the fantastic view reimburses a lot! Inside and on the terrace on the mountain side you won't be bothered by that.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

We enjoyed a week in a summer apartment, with our own beach and a beautiful yard surrounded by flowering bushes. Very good place to stay in the warm season. I don't know what would have been a better place for us, two teenagers, two seniors and two middle-aged. Ferry connections operate to Cavtat and Dubrovnik, as well as Uber transport. We had a rental car, but during the high season finding parking spaces is challenging and therefore public transport is a recommended way to get around. The house is reached via a 300-meter walk along the beach, so the place may be a bit challenging for people with reduced mobility. Marko is a helpful and friendly host who made sure that nothing was missing and helped with the bags. The swimming pool of the adjacent hotel would also have been in use. We had enough of the sea, snorkeling and Sublauta through Marko. Strong recommendation for the destination!

It was very nice and cozy in the apartment. The views of the sea and garden were a feast for the eyes. Marija was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped so we were also satisfied with small luggage. We had a very good, relaxed time.

Niko's place was comfortable, charming and perfect location with an amazing view! He was so helpful right from booking. Immediately responsive and full of recommendations and info. He even helped us find a doctor when my son needed some urgent care! Very pleased!

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host is very responsive and super friendly and you can reach out to her any time during the stay! The apartment itself is spacious with amazing views out the windows and the big balcony/terrace was our favourite. We stayed for 11 nights and everything we needed was in the apartment. The kitchen is great and has crockery, dish washer, big fridge, all utensils etc. The location is great it was so nice to be close to everything but in a quiet area at the same time. I would recommend this apartment and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Vesna was super friendly and welcoming to us through the stay and even prior to our arrival. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plus gave great recommendations for things to do. Her place was exactly as the pictures show and was a walkable distance to beaches and the old town. And the view from the apartment speaks for itself- amazing. We would happily return again!

The place was clean, well located & a respite from the hot, humid weather. Be prepared to climb a LOT of stairs, but this is true throughout Dubrovnik. Loved the garden & terrace… an escape inside the busy city walls!

Iva is a wonderful host who communicates well, gives easy to follow instructions and great recommendations. The location was ideal for exploring the walled city. Nothing was far. Excellent choice for us.

We had a warm welcome by Ivana and she was helpful throughout our stay and happily arranged the taxi from and to the airport. Krešo was very helpful and friendly too. Lapad is such a lovely location, my 11 yrs old daughter said she had the best holiday ever 😊
