Villa holiday rentals in Cavtat

Veselko could not have been a better host. His place is what an Airbnb should be. Literally everything you would want is provided, right down to coal and lighters for the BBQ. The views are breath-taking, instantly relaxing you. This home is super clean and Veselko could not have been more accommodating with tips on local places to eat. It was our first time to Croatia which was beautiful, wonderful scenery and friendly people. This home from home will not disappoint. Leaving to come home was the hardest part of our trip.

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

We stayed here at the top floor apartment (3) in September 2024, and we had a wonderful holiday. Vlaho is a great guy and has a lovely family, who are always happy to help with anything you might need. We very much enjoyed meeting them. The apartment is great. There is a large comfortable lounge area, with full height patio doors onto a large balcony with views over the bay and towards Dubrovnik in the distance. This gives the place a "penthouse" feel. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen / dining area including a dishwasher and there is access to shared washing machines in the building. Two comfortable bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. There are two bathrooms, however one was being worked on while we were there so we only had access to one. No problem for us. Easy walk into town for all the bars and restaurants, and if you don't feel like walking back up the hill there are plentiful Uber's available for about 7 Euros - we never had to wait more than a few minutes.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described – and even better in person. The place was spotless when we arrived, including the beautiful pool which was very well maintained. The amenities were a big highlight for us – we loved having a small basketball and football court to stay active, and the ping pong table made for some great fun as well. Our host was fantastic – super proactive, responsive, and full of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It really helped us make the most of our trip. All in all, it was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended!

Beautiful modern home, clean and well equipped, a real home from home. Lovely garden and pool with stunning views, plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing. Maro was a super responsive friendly host, with great communication at all times. Highly recommended.

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Just back from a weeks stay at this beautiful apartment. Location is amazing, the location of the apartment feels peaceful yet it is within minutes of everything you need. Lovely restaurants, supermarket, small shopping centre and beautiful beaches. Ideally situated 20 mins by uber or water taxi from Dubrovnik, 20 mins from airport, 20 mins from beautiful Cevtat. Plenty to do and see. Pasko’s wife Katerina was really lovely and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. She kindly brought us extra coffee pods for the machine when I asked where to get some from in case we ran out. The apartment, like everyone has said in previous reviews, is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were super comfortable, also very handy to have a washing machine to freshen up our beach towels. Also worth a mention was the fact they let us check in early as our flight arrived mid morning. The villa is a really exceptional standard and we had such a comfortable stay. There is everything you could need and it was spotlessly clean. The ice machine was a really helpful bonus and the fridge was stocked with lovely wine and cool drinks for our arrival - thank you Marija!! The views are amazing from the pool and from the terraces. Marija is such a welcoming and friendly host and full of helpful information about the local area. If there is anything she doesn't know she finds out really quickly and nothing is too much trouble. As others have said there is a very steep road up to the villa but very manageable and only a few minutes walk to get to supermarkets and the bakery and a great restaurant. Uber works really well for pickup/dropoff at the villa if anyone can't manage the hill and definitely better to bus or taxi into Dubrovnik as the traffic is mad! Can't recommend highly enough - the villa and its host Marija are just superb!!

Really enjoyed the property. We had a group of 11 so we had the entire place and thought its location, space and cleanliness was good. As you might expect in Europe - be prepared to walk some stairs!! The location is a bit tricky but there was some parking available so it worked. Roko and his dad (Ivo) were good to communicate with.

A beautiful, spacious, well equipped villa. Ida was very helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The house, pool and grounds are superbly maintained. On arrival Ida had provided food essentials and much more. We were very grateful not to need to do a shop on our first day. We strongly recommend this accommodation for a family or group of friends.

An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Dubrovnik Old Town! Our stay at Ivana's beautiful property in Dubrovnik was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right inside the historic Old Town, we were just steps away from the bustling main street, Stradun, yet enjoyed a peaceful retreat. Being able to walk out and immediately be immersed in the charming alleyways, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning architecture of Dubrovnik was truly magical. All the major sights, fantastic restaurants, and lovely shops were within incredibly easy reach. Beyond the prime location, Ivana herself and her husband are an exceptionally helpful host. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

We really enjoyed our short stay. Villa is very convenient for local shops and bus stop to Old Town just on the doorstep. The villa was clean and Mara very responsive when we had questions. We especially liked the pool area with its covered terrace and fully equipped kitchen just for the pool area. The view over the inlet is pretty.

We visited as a group of 7 people, for my brother's stag. The place was perfectly situation, and the pictures don't really do this place justice, and for the price it really is worth it. You're about 15 minutes in an uber (10 - 15 euros) each away, or 2.50 euros on the bus but more like 20 - 25 minutes on the bus. Just far enough out of Old town that it's not too expensive, but close enough that you can visit very regularly. The place was clean, host very responsive and he even dropped in to say hello and thanks for staying - which was a nice touch. If you walk down the path and turn right, then you are about 3 minute walk from a restaurant, where we had breakfast everyday. All you can eat for 20 euros a go, which wasn't too bad. You have great views of the water, and if you want to do a boat trip (which we did), is very easily accessible from the location. Already looking at the next time I can visit.

We stayed as a group of 8 and had an amazing 3 nights. The Villa is beautiful and met our needs. Dubrovnik is a short taxi or Uber ride away. We didn’t explore close to the villa but the host arranged grocery’s for us on arrival. There’s a beach (Štikovica) with a nice taverna 5 minutes drive away. The host was always on hand to answer any questions and was there to check us in and wave us off. Thanks again :-)

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! My wife and I stayed for a week here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were met at the door and shown around. We were given a phone number to get in touch if we needed anything and then we were left alone. The accommodation and outdoor areas were immaculate and comfortable. Our host did laundry for us when we needed it and also made us a beautiful apricot cake. I would highly recommend this property and my wife and I will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Croatia.

We have just returned from a stay at this beautiful villa. Amazing views and the villa has everything you would need. The facilities are great including hot tub, sauna and a heated pool with great views and perfect sunsets. Nikoleta is by far the best host I have stayed with and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect with little touches including essentials in the fridge and fresh fruit. Thank you so much for making our family holiday so memorable.

Villa was amazing. Cared for by hosts from start to finish. The organised boat trip touring three islands is an absolute must. Eight of us shared the Villa and it was a perfect size. The villa is ideally situated with bakery, supermarket and pizza restaurant within a very short distance and beautiful bay, shops and more restaurants within 15-20 minutes walk. Hosts gave direct number so we could contact them throughout our stay. Amazing time had by all.

We have just returned from a week in this stunning villa and couldn't be happier. Firstly the villa itself is absolutely gorgeous, everything is to a high standard and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week away. The views are incredible and the villa is perfectly placed for exploring cavtat. Andeusko was the perfect host, always responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the front door during the visit (fault of our own) and he was extremely helpful and sorting the issue straight away. We had a lovley time in villa schola . Our family loved the pool area ..the weather wasn't the best so we only used the pool on a few days . We used the outside eating area for breakfast most mornings and cooked on the BBQ for dinner on one night .

My whole family loved staying here. We wish we could have stayed another week. The house is perfect, there was plenty of space and the outside area is amazing. Everything was nice, modern and clean. The hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and super responsive. I definitely recommend staying here.
