This is a place to slow down - Lazy mornings and cosy evenings spent watching sunsets, storms, and waves from the sofa. Please note: Access is via a footpath with 40 grass steps down from the parking bays above, the walk is only 70 meters, but guests should be comfortable walking on steep coastal paths.

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
