Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Çayırova

First of all, we were very pleased with the interest of the host Yunus Emre. We could easily reach him whenever we needed and he was very helpful. We had no problems finding the house and checking in. The house was as it appeared in the images; it was peaceful, sweet and comfortable. Its proximity to the sea, beaches and Yiğitler Market also provided a great advantage in terms of location. We were very pleased with both the comfort and the location of the house. We would like to thank Yunus Emre, the host, who made us feel at home.

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful beachfront location. 10 minute drive to restaurants.

Stavros beach house offers a unique and authentic experience outside the tourist areas, the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The quiet house is almost on the beach, the terrace is large and well-equipped with barbecue, hammock, deckchairs. We spent a week barefoot outside, fragrant and pleasant garden. The pebble beach is very clean, quiet and very wild. Stavros has a cannon that we took advantage of. Cozy interior and full of small touches for its guests... we will surely return.

We stayed in this twin villa for a day and we were very pleased! The 🌅 terrace view is truly magnificent! It was wonderful to watch the sea view from above. It was very enjoyable to drink coffee on the balcony, especially in the morning. 🛏️ the sheets were clean, everything was prepared in advance. 🧼 Towels, soap and everything needed was available. The 🌬️ air conditioning was working — this was very important in the hot climate. A delicious and satisfying breakfast was waiting for us in the🍳 morning, which was a really nice detail. It was very enjoyable to watch movies🎬 in the evening with home cinema - the sound system was great. 🪞 The interior decoration was carefully thought out — small and interesting details (for example, a small skeleton figure) and icons added warmth and character to the house. 👤 The host was very kind, helpful and caring. He helped with the welcome, answered our questions immediately and made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend it to those who seek🌟 silence, peace and a beautiful atmosphere!

Ayia Napa Bay View Villa is exactly like the photos, amazing view with a very, very nice pool and perfect size. The villa had everything we needed, we cooked meals every night of our stay, took advantage of the grill/BBQ almost every night during our stay, and had the pleasure of eating outside every evening, breakfast and lunch. This is in my opinion the best place we have rented ever, Marie-Line is such a lovely host and assisted us with every need, she was so easy to connect with, and highly recommend her. We really felt at home here and wished that we could have stayed longer than 1 week. We were very grateful that Marie-Line let us have a late check out as our flight was late evening, it was very appreciated, she even came by the day of our check out to personally say good bye to us, so nice that there are still some people that take the time and effort to make you feel welcomed, a very nice and honest gesture! If we ever visit Cyprus again, we know where we will be staying.

The house was perfect, I would stay in the same house again. There's everything in the kitchen, but everything, from coffee machines to juice squeezers. Our host, Mr. Mustafa, has thought of everything. We bought bleach and stuff on the way home, based on the lessons we learned from our previous Airbnb experiences, but the house was clean and we didn't even open the bleach. Our host gave quick answers to our questions and made suggestions. We felt very comfortable. It was max 20 minutes away from the beaches and hotels, there were many hotels 5,6 minutes away, it is in a very central location. We left the house with great sadness :( Thank you very much for everything. We definitely recommend it.

A family vacation with a fully equipped apartment. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities can be reached either on foot or by car in a short time. You can lie in the complex at different pools. There are also 2 restaurants within walking distance that we can only recommend. Pebble beach is also very quickly within walking distance. A large roof terrace with a grill invites you to linger in the evening hours.

Amazing stay, super cute apartment and 5 min walk to amazing beach. Also host is very accommodating, let us check in earlier & always super responsive.

Top location on the felt private beach and magnificent views from the balcony and from the bedroom to the sea. Perivolia, a small sweet place, can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Anna was always quick and friendly to respond to messages.

The house was designed for Airbnb, it was a very sweet, minimalist dwelling where we could feel both in the house and in the hotel. It was clean and tidy. It was possible to reach the pool in a short time. It was in a newly built compound. It was very calm as of the season we went. There were many nice restaurants and places to visit around. We also loved the neighborhood where the house is located. Thank you for hosting Hasan.

The house was very clean and complete. The view was very nice. Ms. Eda was at every moment of our vacation, thank you again, I received a very sincere answer to every question and her advice was very successful. I will not consider staying when I come to Cyprus from now on. ☺️

We truly enjoyed our stay – the apartment is spacious, modern, spotless and fully equipped. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Rokas was an excellent host – responsive, helpful and kind. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Firstly, the friendliness of everybody we met in Cyprus was noticeable. Everyone went above and beyond and as a tourist abroad you really felt appreciated and that they wanted to share their beautiful country with you. The apartment complex has multiple buildings and we felt safe and comfortable all the time we were there. 3 pools to choose from and all nice and no running for sunbeds! Water was quite cold in April for our children but they were old enough to lay in the sun or play cards etc. Hot summer weather the water would be a relief no doubt. A short walk to pubs and restaurants and the food is at times incredible. Fresh and full of flavour. Great coffee shop close by when you need that extra kick too. You can get a bus (102) a short walk away that will take you through Penera and on to Protaras which has loads of choice of bars and restaurants and is livelier in the evenings, really cheap on the OSEA bus too. Bolt taxi service also runs locally from the app too.

The house is nice, older than it looks in the pictures, there is a construction site nearby and during the day there is noise, in terms of location everything is within walking distance and the owners really came to meet us during check-in and check-out, the communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

A stay that truly felt like coming home – thanks to an amazing host! My stay with Kseniya in Cyprus was truly a wonderful experience. From the very first contact, I felt welcome and at ease. The apartment itself was warm, stylishly decorated, and genuinely felt like home – everything was there to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. But what truly made this stay special was Kseniya herself. She is a fantastic host – attentive, trustworthy, quick to communicate, and always willing to help or think along. Her energy is warm, welcoming, and sincere. I can't thank her enough for her support and care during my time there. She truly does her work with heart and soul and you can feel that in everything. Great communication and great place to stay

Awesome place to stay! I stayed a month and still was awed by the view every morning! Very roomy, yet cozy with wood stove. Netflix , YouTube & WiFi never failed! Very secure building ( locked at night) & a double bolt door to the flat. Quiet building & clean & quiet neighborhood, always felt safe. Flat was immaculately clean, has rainfall shower, and bed was extremely comfortable. Nice little balcony too. And the huge dressing room/closet is every woman’s dream! Vas was very responsive to requests, friendly, & checked in via text often to see if I needed anything which I really appreciated. On top of all the above was the live-in host- Mr. Hero 🐈‍⬛- the sweetest, cuddliest cat ever! He has a great personality! He definitely adds the sense of home. Nothing better than having him meet u at the door with purrs after a day of sightseeing and then cuddling up for a good nights sleep. I hope to return to Cyprus & definitely would like to stay at Mr Hero’s , oops I mean Vas’ , flat again

Gary was a top host from start to finish, clear instructions and easy to find. The place was perfect for my parents and myself and we felt right at home at the Apartment. It was safe and in a beautiful area. We would absolutely stay again if we returned to Cyprus - thank you Gary!

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it
