Öncelikle ev sahibi Yunus Emre’nin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Her ihtiyacımız olduğunda kolaylıkla ulaşabildik ve çok yardımcı oldu. Evi bulma ve giriş sürecinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev, görsellerde göründüğü gibiydi; huzurlu, tatlı ve konforluydu. Denize, beach’lere ve Yiğitler Market’e olan yakınlığı da konum açısından büyük avantaj sağladı. Hem evin rahatlığı hem de konumu bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Bize evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettiren ev sahibi Yunus Emre’ye tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

Wir waren diesen Frühling zum zweiten Mal in dieser makellosen Unterkunft! Es ist das schönste Haus in der Umgebung und ich finde, es hat die beste Lage. Ich schätze die tollen Fenster und Insektenschutzgitter und die Nähe zum Meer. Hier finde ich Privatsphäre und Ruhe und kann mit der ganzen Familie ausspannen. Gerne wieder!

Definitely recommend this place. Good location, quiet and private. Walkable to the great restaurants. House is clean, good kitchen equipment, lovely outside area. Thanks for hosts, we felt very welcome in this stay!

La maison de plage de Stavros offre une expérience unique et authentique hors des zones touristiques, les voisins sont sympathiques et serviables. La maison au calme est quasi sur la plage, la terrasse est grande et bien équipée barbecue, hamac chaises longues nous avons passé une semaine pieds nus dehors, jardin parfumé et agréable. La plage de galets est tres propre, tranquille très sauvage. Stavros à un canon dont nous avons profité. Intérieur douillet et plein de petites attentions pour ses hôtes...nous reviendront sûrement.

BİR gün bu ikiz villa da konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık! 🌅 Teras manzarası gerçekten muhteşem! Yüksekten deniz manzarasını izlemek harikaydı. Özellikle sabahları balkonda kahve içmek çok keyifliydi. 🛏️ çarşaflar tertemizdi, her şey önceden hazırlanmıştı. 🧼 Havlular, sabun ve ihtiyaç duyulan her şey mevcuttu. 🌬️ Klima çalışıyordu — sıcak iklimde bu çok önemliydi. 🍳 Sabahları bizi lezzetli ve doyurucu bir kahvaltı bekliyordu, bu da gerçekten çok hoş bir ayrıntıydı. 🎬 Akşamları ev sineması ile film izlemek çok keyifliydi — ses sistemi harikaydı. 🪞 İç dekorasyon özenle düşünülmüş — küçük ve ilginç detaylar (örneğin, küçük iskelet figürü) ve ikonlar eve sıcaklık ve karakter katıyordu. 👤 Ev sahibi ise çok nazik, yardımsever ve ilgili biriydi. Karşılama konusunda yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hemen cevap verdi ve konaklamamızı çok rahat hale getirdi. 🌟 Sessizlik, huzur ve güzel bir atmosfer arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum!

Ayia Napa Bay View Villa is exactly like the photos, amazing view with a very, very nice pool and perfect size. The villa had everything we needed, we cooked meals every night of our stay, took advantage of the grill/BBQ almost every night during our stay, and had the pleasure of eating outside every evening, breakfast and lunch. This is in my opinion the best place we have rented ever, Marie-Line is such a lovely host and assisted us with every need, she was so easy to connect with, and highly recommend her. We really felt at home here and wished that we could have stayed longer than 1 week. We were very grateful that Marie-Line let us have a late check out as our flight was late evening, it was very appreciated, she even came by the day of our check out to personally say good bye to us, so nice that there are still some people that take the time and effort to make you feel welcomed, a very nice and honest gesture! If we ever visit Cyprus again, we know where we will be staying.

Ev mükemmeldi, yine gitsem yine aynı evde kalırım. Mutfakta her şey var, ama her şey, kahve makinelerinden tutun meyve suyu sıkma makinesine kadar. Ev sahibimiz Mustafa Bey her şeyi düşünmüş. Eve giderken çamaşır suyu falan aldık daha önceki airbnb deneyimlerimizden çıkarttığımız derslerle, fakat ev tertemizdi ve çamaşır suyunu açmadık bile. Ev sahibimiz sorularımıza hızlı cevaplar verdi, bize önerilerde bulundu. Kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Beachlere, otellere maks 20 dk uzaklıktaydı, 5,6 dklık uzaklıkta çok fazla otel vardı, çok merkezi bir yerde. Baya üzülerek ayrıldık evden :( Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Ein Familienurlaub mit komplett ausgestatteter Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Einkaufsmöglichkeit entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Man kann in der Anlage an verschiedenen Pools liegen. Es gibt fußläufig auch 2 Restaurants die man nur empfehlen kann. Kieselsteinstrand ist auch sehr schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Eine große Dachterrasse mit Grill lädt zum verweilen in den Abendstunden ein.

Amazing stay, super cute apartment and 5 min walk to amazing beach. Also host is very accommodating, let us check in earlier & always super responsive.

Top Lage am gefühlten Privatstrand und grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon und aus dem Schlafzimmer auf das Meer. Perivolia, ein kleiner süßer Ort, ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Anna hat stets schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert.

Ev Airbnb için tasarlanmıştı adeta, çok tatlı, minimalist kendimizi hem ev hem de otelde hissedebileceğimiz bir konuttu. Temiz ve düzenliydi. Havuza kısa sürede ulaşmak mümkündü. Yeni inşaa edilmiş bir site içindeydi. Gittiğimiz sezon itibariyle çok sakindi. Çevresinde pek çok güzel restoran ve gezilecek yer vardı. Evin bulunduğu muhiti de çok sevdik biz. Hasan’a ev sahipliği için teşekkür ederiz.

Ev çok temiz ve eksiksizdi. Manzarası çok hoştu. Eda hanım tatilimizin her anindaydi kendisine bir kez daha teşekkür ediyorum her soruma çok samimi cevap aldım ve tavsiyeleri çok başarılıydı. Bundan sonra Kıbrıs’a geleceğim zaman konaklamayı düşünmeyeceğim. ☺️

Poloha ubytování byla skvělá – vše důležité, jako centrum města a obchody, bylo v docházkové vzdálenosti. Byt byl vzorně připravený a mile nás potěšily pozornosti od hostitele, například lahev prosecca. Kuchyň byla nadstandardně vybavená, nechybělo nám vůbec nic. Terasa je moc hezká a příjemná na posezení. Ubytování se nám velmi líbilo a rozhodně doporučujeme!

Firstly, the friendliness of everybody we met in Cyprus was noticeable. Everyone went above and beyond and as a tourist abroad you really felt appreciated and that they wanted to share their beautiful country with you. The apartment complex has multiple buildings and we felt safe and comfortable all the time we were there. 3 pools to choose from and all nice and no running for sunbeds! Water was quite cold in April for our children but they were old enough to lay in the sun or play cards etc. Hot summer weather the water would be a relief no doubt. A short walk to pubs and restaurants and the food is at times incredible. Fresh and full of flavour. Great coffee shop close by when you need that extra kick too. You can get a bus (102) a short walk away that will take you through Penera and on to Protaras which has loads of choice of bars and restaurants and is livelier in the evenings, really cheap on the OSEA bus too. Bolt taxi service also runs locally from the app too.

Es war super schön, nur zu empfehlen- wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Achte nur drauf dass der Eingang bisschen versteckt ist - nach den Werkstatt links abbiegen. Nachts war schwer zu finden aber Vanko war sehr hilfreich und hat uns wunderbar geholfen. Saubere Bettwäsche-Wohnung sehr geräumig und in wunderbare Lage-hätte es mir nicht anders gewünscht.

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

A stay that truly felt like coming home – thanks to an amazing host! My stay with Kseniya in Cyprus was truly a wonderful experience. From the very first contact, I felt welcome and at ease. The apartment itself was warm, stylishly decorated, and genuinely felt like home – everything was there to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. But what truly made this stay special was Kseniya herself. She is a fantastic host – attentive, trustworthy, quick to communicate, and always willing to help or think along. Her energy is warm, welcoming, and sincere. I can't thank her enough for her support and care during my time there. She truly does her work with heart and soul and you can feel that in everything. If you're looking for a place in Cyprus where you can feel safe, cared for and at home, look no further. Kseniya is an absolute gem, and her place is a treasure. I’ll definitely be back! Awesome place to stay! I stayed a month and still was awed by the view every morning! Very roomy, yet cozy with wood stove. Netflix , YouTube & WiFi never failed! Very secure building ( locked at night) & a double bolt door to the flat. Quiet building & clean & quiet neighborhood, always felt safe. Flat was immaculately clean, has rainfall shower, and bed was extremely comfortable. Nice little balcony too. And the huge dressing room/closet is every woman’s dream! Vas was very responsive to requests, friendly, & checked in via text often to see if I needed anything which I really appreciated. On top of all the above was the live-in host- Mr. Hero 🐈‍⬛- the sweetest, cuddliest cat ever! He has a great personality! He definitely adds the sense of home. Nothing better than having him meet u at the door with purrs after a day of sightseeing and then cuddling up for a good nights sleep. I hope to return to Cyprus & definitely would like to stay at Mr Hero’s , oops I mean Vas’ , flat again

Gary was a top host from start to finish, clear instructions and easy to find. The place was perfect for my parents and myself and we felt right at home at the Apartment. It was safe and in a beautiful area. We would absolutely stay again if we returned to Cyprus - thank you Gary!

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it
