Holiday rentals with a pool in Çayköy

We went on a honeymoon with my wife, the design of the villa, the beauty of the decor, the cleanliness, the ease of access to everything was perfect. The host was caring and relevant, friendly. A place to come again. Everything was available in the villa, you need to take your food and drink, I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

Stayed there for 8 days, one of the best family holidays that I had. We were 7 people and everyone enjoyed the house, location and the views. Very peaceful and beautiful area, ideal for lazy beach holiday. It has its own beach and to be honest way better than most public beaches in the area, so you don’t have to try and spend money there. Water in the sea is super clean and average temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The pool is clean as well, very enjoyable to swim, around 28-30 degrees Celsius, my toddler son enjoyed it too. Serkan is very nice and responsive host, that answered my questions and requests within minutes. The attention to detail, books collections, dvd collections and cozy furniture made it feel like we were in our own summer house; the vibe was amazing. Would go there again sometime in future 100%.

In general, there was a perfect environment and a view, the host Ms. Sümeyra quickly intervened and resolved the minor negativities, thank you..:)

Mr. Orhan was extremely interested in everything you could think of with his interest and relevance from the first moment we entered the house to our exit, everything you might need in the house was tastefully chosen up to the smallest detail, the house is much more pleasant than it looks in the photos, the beauty of the house and definitely five stars with the interest of the host! We highly recommend it to those who are in the research phase:)

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view was absolutely breathtaking – I could have spent hours just relaxing and taking in the scenery. What made this experience truly special was the host. Mr erhan was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable. He even offered me a generous discount, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you come across a host who is so warm and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay with a host who truly cares about their guests. I would definitely come back again!

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oğuz again.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Our family had an amazing stay from start to finish! Ahmet and Marie great - responsive and super helpful throughout the stay. The home has STUNNING views over Kas, it is large, clean and very comfortable - and we also appreciated the fresh food supplies waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. It was well-equipped for cooking at home. Parking was easy and the hill, though daunting, was very easy to work around with some parking part way down the hill or with a quick taxi ride back up after walking down. We would highly recommend the place to stay to anyone coming to Kas!

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The place was very well located, few meters away from the ocean , the view from the apartment is breathtaking, surrounded by nature. The apartment is really well designed, very clean and the swimming pool is just 3 steps down from the living room and kitchen’s door. The place is very quiet and safe, at the same time we were few meters away from the restaurants, from other shops. My family had the best holiday ever, the place was amazing and the city is beautiful. The only negative thing is that the taxi drivers try their best to take long routes for tourists to pay more , so we tried to use more uber , even uber we had some problem, keep your eye on the taxi meter, in 2 occasions ubers started the taxi meter before picking us up, so we asked to reset the taxi meter and when the uber stopped for us to get out he did not stopped the taxi meter and we had to ask him to stop and make sure he put the amount we spent in the uber in front of us.
