A house dated 1970 that has been fully renovated and decorated with 70s inspired comfort. A wide-angled view over medieval village roofs, church, pog and castle, all inside the frame of a forested cirque. Not overlooked. A wide surround of vivid drystone terraces and gardens where flowers and birds co-exist: a garden where you can take time in a hammoch, on a vintage sunbed or around one of several tables. The market town is a five minute walk away with its markets, shops, bars and restaurants.

After renovating the castle of Candeze dating from 1480, located in one of the most beautiful villages in France, we rehabilitated the lower part of the castle, to make it an apartment of 100 m2 with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. The house is located 100 m from a petanque court and a children's playground. You also have a recreational center at Lake Parisot and plenty of other nature activities on the Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val side (caving, canoeing, kayaking, etc.)
