Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cayuga County

This is an absolutely gorgeous setting for relaxing. The property has the most beautiful picture window looking out to the water. We enjoyed watching the sunset while having cocktails on the patio. It is minutes away from the Village of Skaneateles, ideal for shopping and great dining.

Stefinie and Walt’s place was fantastic. They made sure the whole family had everything they needed to have a comfortable place to stay. The house was spotless and had so much character! It was apparent that dogs were welcome. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had our eye on this property for a while, and once the yard was fully fenced in, we knew it was the perfect spot for our summer vacation: 7 people and one happy pup. The fenced yard was a huge plus for our dog, and the home itself did not disappoint. Spacious inside and out, with large bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone to relax. Communication with our host, Lauren, was excellent, and we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal; a great base for day trips around Lake Cayuga and even over to Lake Seneca. Thoughtful extras like a dog bed, treats, extra towels, and more made the stay even better. With our group of 7, we hit the maximum capacity, and it still felt just right. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved Debbie’s place. Not only was it spotless, but it was also so comfortable. Location is great. And what was equally as impressive was Debbie’s responsiveness. She is a customer service superstar! We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Syracuse and this location was perfect. It was nice to be in a peaceful environment. Skaneateles is beautiful. Highly recommend and we plan on going back! Thank you Debbie for sharing your place with us and providing a wonderful experience!

The place was spacious, clean and perfect for a girls’ getaway. Since we all graduated from Oswego State it was a great place to reconnect. Fabulous time had by all.❤️

Our stay was phenomenal, host was very accommodating and the pet friendliness made us so happy. Every detail was considered, there was firewood in the firepit for us upon arrival and even a basket of balls for the dog to play fetch in the large fenced yard. Highly recommend.

We had my daughters 16th birthday sleepover party with a bunch of her friends. It worked out really well, all the girls had a great time. They were able to go out and walk down to the park and have fun by themselves. It was just spacious enough for all of them to pile in the living room and watch movies and sleep. We had a really great time and Holly was the best. We very much appreciate it. Thanks again Holly!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The home was beautiful, very spacious, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—exactly what I needed during my visit. I traveled down from the DMV area to see family and ended up extending my stay, which was handled smoothly and without any issues. Dawn, the host, was incredibly responsive and made the entire process easy from start to finish. I’m truly grateful for such a positive experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

The house and property was just as described. It was very clean and Victoria responded immediately always. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. We couldnt enjoy the pool of course but it looked well kept as well as the grounds. We were a family of 5 + 2 dogs and we were all comfortable! There are neighborhood dogs that run around the neighborhood but they are friendly. I'm just mentioning this because if anyone goes with their furbabies, have them on a leash. Quiet neighborhood so great place to dosconnect. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Victoria!

Great host, clean residence with everything as described. Convenient to town. House is close to the road so vehicle noise is inevitable, recommend a white noise machine or app.

Tony’s house was beautiful! So spacious with an amazing patio and relaxing hot tub. Everything was so neat and clean we all felt right at home! Would absolutely go again!

Cheryl’s place was charming and very spacious! The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was very convenient to Syracuse and the surrounding area. We didn’t use the dining room but it would have been a great space for a large group. Cheryl was very responsive and check in was easy. We will definitely be back.

I will definitely rent this space again and recommend it to anyone. price is definitely worth it with location pool and lake access and Brooke was super friendly and also helpful and accommodating.

the house is perfect and filled, lots of amenities and the house was easy to get around, I liked that there were toiletries and spices to use during our stay as well.

I travel to Aurora regularly to see family and don’t often stay in the same place. Jessanna’s house was wonderful: squeaky clean, spacious, and very private. Check-in was via a lockpad and we were able to check in earlier after a change in our travel plans. The hosts also put all cleaning supplies out of reach, simply because I mentioned my toddler was staying with us. This was so thoughtful and caring. They were also really understanding about a pee accident the kid had on a piece of furniture. I was (and am!) thankful to them.

Airbnb was a perfect place to stay while we visited the area – even on a rainy day the lake looked beautiful! Listing was as described and the host was super responsive.

My experience was excellent from the reservation to checkout. It’s a beautiful location and the home was perfect. It was better than I could’ve imagined. The description and pictures don’t do the property or cabin/cottage justice. It was very clean and we felt right at home. I needed a peaceful weekend away and it did not disappoint! Suzanne was very responsive and helpful. Great place! We’ve already talked about going back for a longer stay.

I really enjoyed staying here. The host has great attention to detail and awarenss of the business. I was impressed with how thoughtful she was. Examples include chocolates, noise machine, binder of instructions. I was also impressed visually as this place looks just like the photos. I have been disappoint upon arrival with other units in the past, but no here! She was very helpful and responsive and it was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend this place.
