Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. A modern designed Cozy Cottage With a stunning mirror lake Surrounded by NYS lands! Cool off in the summer and snowmobile in the winter all the way to Canada! Hike all year round We provide two kayaks for use but no motor boating allowed. 100 acre lake! (Medium size is 10 to 100) No fishing license or fee required We also have two six person Rafts relax with family and friends! Make time for your weekend getaway! Get back to nature! Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

We don't mind children but no cribs and child care needs are available If you can provide for child/babies needs while here we allow them

Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Full kitchen with everything included, as well as linens, towels, and a laundry area.
