Bienvenue dans notre élégante maison située au cœur d’un authentique village gersois (chemin de Saint-Jacques). Lieu idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Capacité jusqu’à 11 personnes avec 4 chambres et espace dortoir. Profitez d’un magnifique jardin clos, agrémenté d’un bel acacia offrant une ombre naturelle, idéale pour vos repas en plein air. À 15 min de Condom (festival des Bandas), 30 min de Vic-Fezensac (Pentecôtavic, salsa) et de Nérac, proche du site gallo-romain de Séviac.

Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. Free parking is available near the cottage and access is independent.
