I chose the host because he was from Korea, but it exceeded my expectations. My trip to Southeast Asia was actually my biggest concern because of the cockroaches. But I was really worried for nothing. The room was exactly as pictured, and it was completely clean, so I asked the owner, and he said that he used a quarantine company to clean it. I'm 200% willing to come here again next time!! I had a great break! Thrive!!

Let's start with my one and only con: There is something with the building's plumbing that causes there to be a pungent smell in the home when left with no air circulation. This created some rather unpleasant welcomings into the home, but luckily the smell quickly goes away with the aircon turned on. I don't think this is Kevin's fault, but would like to just leave a warning. Aside from that one thing, the place was perfect. Gated community with 24/7 security, malls and restaurants within easy (walkable) access, the condominium staff were very accommodating, and pool access to unwind. Kevin himself was extremely proactive and gave us extremely clear instructions on check in/out procedures, handling trash, and various features of the home. He even gaves us tons of suggestions for places to visit/eat, tips on saving money for transportation, and was ready to answer any questions we needed. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Beautiful, clean, and well-equipped studio surrounded by nature – right by the sea! You’ll hear only natural sounds like birds and crickets. Local fishermen sometimes fish nearby, and you can buy fresh fish from them to grill yourself – a great experience! The owner couple is very friendly and helpful. A scooter is available for rent at a good price and is absolutely necessary, as the location is a bit remote in a peaceful rural area. In return, you get total relaxation and a real connection to nature. It’s about 20 minutes by scooter to the Dao Integrated Bus Terminal. From there, yellow buses take you to the Chocolate Hills (2h), the Tarsier Sanctuary (1h), or the Loboc River (30 min) for around 2 euros. If you prefer more comfort, that costs around 60 euros from Alona Beach. Snorkeling is also possible right in front of the property, and other nice spots are easy to reach by scooter. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy peace, nature, the real Bohol, and snorkeling!

Definitely a bang for the buck. Sir John's home was very cozy— indeed, a home away from home! Even though an unexpected issue arose, he handled it very quickly and professionally. He was also very responsive and very accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we appreciated the gifts ❤️ We 1000/10 recommend Sir John's home to those who want to visit Cebu!

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

We had an amazing stay, the unit was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The place was well-equipped and the Wi-Fi was fast and very very reliable. Plus fantastic location its in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and public transportation. Will def come back

place was beautiful and aesthetic, fave part was the big clean mirror, water pressure can be better, everything was provided, ac was cool, entire stay was relaxing. host was veryy accommodating and responsive. highly recommend!

As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. The cleaner was also accommodating and courteous worth giving tip. Thank you Maam Grachel for hosting us. Will definitely recommend you to friends, relatives and officemates.

This is a great place, the view of the city is fantastic! Also Security was very nice and helpful!

Our stay here last June 4 was indeed one of the highlights of our Cebu trip. The room is very techy, elegant, and relaxing. Every essential was complete. It was worth it. We were looking forward to the pool, but unfortunately, it was under renovation, which was okay. Ma'am Rina and Kate are also very kind and accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again, once we visit Cebu in the future.

I had a great 3-night stay at Median Condo. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, cafes, and malls. The check-in was smooth and communication with the host (Ms. Mae) was easy & helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Cebu City!

The place is clean and very comfy. It’s just across from Ayala Center Cebu and close to stores and restaurants. The hosts, Ali & Joyce, are very responsive to requests and inquiries. They will even arrange for airport pickup which is very convenient as far as I am concerned. I definitely recommend staying here.

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

We enjoyed our stay at Golda’s. We loved the huge apartment with a big living room, kitchen space, big bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, walk in closet, vanity and little terrace area out front. The views from the pool were beautiful. It’s a very peaceful place. The staff were very helpful and fun, they have a very nice little community there. :) They helped us rent a bike and plan trips when we needed. We just wish we had gotten the list of restaurants sooner. There is food available to order at the place, but eating out will take some planning due to the location. If you’re a rollerskater, talk to Harold, he’s got some good stories and there’s a nice skate spot by the pool. There is also a pool table near the entrance for a chill eve. The wifi worked well for working remotely. Overall, we had a great and relaxing time.

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Andy is a great host and is responsive. Breezy check-in and no hassles during my 2 nights stay. All appliances in the room are in great condition. Overall, it was an amazing short stay.

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.
