John was very responsive from pre-booking until we arrived at the place. He gave recommendations as to where we can buy some groceries, transportation and what places to visit in the area. The house was clean. There are cooking utensils, condiments, water heater and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely, the place is perfect for a quick timeout from city life. It is a bit far and requires a lot of transfers (if you prefer to save) yet it is worth it. Time in the island is so slow and you can visit a lot of places, take time swimming, snorkeling and visit the Punta Buluarte lighthouse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Don and Grace’s place for 20 days — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. I’m currently preparing for a bikini fitness competition and follow a very strict diet. Don went out of his way to accommodate my needs — he even built a grill area after I mentioned it! The internet connection is excellent, perfect for remote work. I had several online meetings without any issues. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were 2–3 people and it was just right, but it can definitely accommodate more. It’s quiet at night, which allowed me to get the rest I needed. The local fish market is a 15–20 minute walk away, and there are small stores nearby for everyday needs. There were thoughtful extras included, like coffee, drinking water, and more — things you really appreciate during a long stay. The peaceful mornings by the river were absolutely priceless. Don and Grace are incredibly responsive. We would love to go back again soon! Highly recommended!

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

Beautiful, clean, and well-equipped studio surrounded by nature – right by the sea! You’ll hear only natural sounds like birds and crickets. Local fishermen sometimes fish nearby, and you can buy fresh fish from them to grill yourself – a great experience! The owner couple is very friendly and helpful. A scooter is available for rent at a good price and is absolutely necessary, as the location is a bit remote in a peaceful rural area. In return, you get total relaxation and a real connection to nature. It’s about 20 minutes by scooter to the Dao Integrated Bus Terminal. From there, yellow buses take you to the Chocolate Hills (2h), the Tarsier Sanctuary (1h), or the Loboc River (30 min) for around 2 euros. If you prefer more comfort, that costs around 60 euros from Alona Beach. Snorkeling is also possible right in front of the property, and other nice spots are easy to reach by scooter. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy peace, nature, the real Bohol, and snorkeling!

It felt right the moment we went inside the condo. Amazingly the door felt so safe because is smartlock keyless☺️ Everything that is shown in the photo exactly the same is what as it is. We really enjoy our time staying there💚 The host, Mohamad is friendly & very responsive on everything we needed. He help us even the last minute we needed a place to print our tickets going to Camotes Island. It was so convenient because its just inside the building. Highly recommended place 💯

A great place to stay as your temporary home in Tagbilaran City. Feels like home with beauiful veranda and view of the sea. What we also love is we’re able to cook especially Bohol have fresh seafood!! Great value for money. Just make sure to book your transportation in advance..

Theres really not much communication needed with Grace as the place looked just as advertised… and more! She gave clear instructions from getting there to check in, assistance and check out. The place was perfect. It was simple yet it provided all the basic necessities you would need to feel comfortable be it short or long stay. It is the perfect getaway place for someone looking for peace and privacy. My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. The place is huge! There are so many rooms and the space is perfect for big families or groups. We had no trouble finding the location, which was super convenient. The house had everything we needed, although the vibes were just a little bit spooky, just a little—nothing major. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re definitely coming back!

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Very nice place to stay. All the amenities are perfect. Stores and eateries are very close by. Room was very comfortable.

We had such a restful stay! Our room was perfectly cold and cozy making us sleep soundly through the night. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, which made everything smooth. The view of the Cebu beach was absolutely beautiful, and the overall ambience of the condo was peaceful and inviting. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

There is few cockroaches , but still nice place to stay, flexible check in and out with minimal charges
