Beautiful 8-bedroom, 7 1/2 bath 8200 sq ft mansion with a pool, BBQ grill, playground, and incredible movie theater room that seats 25. We welcome family reunions and business conferences. Our home has 20 beds and comfortably sleeps up to 25. We allow up to 30 guests. We have 8 TVs, pool table, basketball game, and ping pong. The pool is seasonal; spa is year round. We are 5 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival, 35 minutes to Brian Head Ski Resort, and 1 hour from Zion National Park.

The Barn at the Family Farm is located just outside Cedar City, Utah in Enoch. It sits in a quiet country setting with amazing sunsets and plenty of "dark sky" to see the stars. When you're not out enjoying our little hobby farm, there are lots of amenities inside to make your stay safe, comfortable and unforgettable.

Your rental space is a Casita on the back of our garage, it is completely private with its own kitchen bathroom and washer and dryer. It has a private entrance and in reality you only share the property not living quarters. There is a queen sized bed, a roll away and a pullout chair. You have complete control over your HVAC system. The home is located near Historic downtown Cedar City with shops, groceries, restaurants, city park and the Simon Festival. Cedar City is close to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brianhead Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and other National Parks. We live downstairs if you need anything.
