The hidden compartment

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We have been hosting on Airbnb for years, renting out the attic of our own house. Since we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to accommodate people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

The first floor has a spacious & bright living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, fully fitted & open plan kitchen, & large dining table. The upper floor you’ll find the second bedroom with access to a large private terrace, ideal for couples & friends to relax & enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent views of Toledo.

La Casita - Relax y good life!

La Casita has a Manchego style with Mediterranean touches. Very cool in summer and warm in winter. It is completely independent of the main house, in the middle of the garden near the swimming pool available for guests without price markup. It has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with microwave oven and washing machine. The swimming pool is very large and suitable for people who cannot swim. The garden is always full of flowers all year round.

A room for one person. The bed is large. Close to Renfe station (3 minutes). The city center is only 2 stops by train (12 minutes). Terminal 4 airport is only 40 minutes away. Bed linen, towel, hot water, microwave, fridge. No cooking. No using the washing machine. ATTENTION! AFTER 10:00 PM I DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS. To hand over the apartment keys, I wait until 10pm.
