Holiday houses in Cedogno

I had a wonderful stay at Gina's. When I arrived they very kindly picked me up from the station which I was super grateful for. The house was beautiful with traditional interiors. The town is very peaceful and the views from the garden were beautiful! I would reccomend to anyone wanting to get away from a busy city break, perfect for relaxing! Gina was a great host and answered all my questions very quickly and I felt if I needed anything I could happily reach out to her.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La struttura si Silvia è bellissima e molto accogliente. Camere pulite ed arredate con cura. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli accessori, dai piatti alle tovagliette. Ho fatto un bel giro nei dintorni e Silvia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto gentili nel darmi consigli sulla zona. Consigliato!!

Abbiamo soggiornato, purtroppo solo per una notte, nel casale di Lilia in viaggio di gruppo con amici. Siamo stati benissimo! Ambiente pulito, confortevole, paesaggio incredibile e possibilità di relax in ogni angolo del casale. Un vero diamante a mezz'oretta da Reggio Emilia e un'oretta dall'invitante Modena. Speriamo di tornare presto. Grazie!!

Villa Lina was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The house was clean, had new and comfortable bedding, had plenty of space for our family, and the view was outstanding. The place is very private, high up on the hill, but with the instructions from our host we had no trouble finding it, even in the dark. The driveway is about 1/4 mile, steep, with parts of it gravel, and has several sharp turns, but we made it no problem with the small jeep we rented (without 4WD). Just take it slow. It is about a 15 minute drive back down to the town center of Lucca and the train station and 10 minutes to a grocery store. The back roads are very narrow until you get to a main road so use caution and we were lucky enough that others backed up for us when we met on the narrow spots. The view and seclusion were well worth the drive up for us. If you want an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside, but also a short drive to a neat town and a train station, Villa Lina is a great choice!

The house is lovely and has a great view over the surrounding hills. It is well kept and more equipped than a typical Airbnb. There is for example shampoo in the shower and kitchen towels. We liked the privacy and the fact that all windows had mosquito nets. The only thing that maybe could be improved is to have a bit more of an external space, like a veranda or similar. Right now there is a table with two chairs outside, but for us travelling with a child the space for her to move in a safe surrounding was a bit limited. Anyways, we would come here again!

“Der Aufenthalt in Costaborga war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und super gemütlich. Die Lage ist ideal, in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Kamin Ofen! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, hat uns schon vor der Ankunft hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen – von kleinen Extras wie Willkommenssnacks, Kaffee und Toilettenartikeln bis hin zu praktischen Details wie einem einfachem Check-in/Check-out-Prozess. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Wir hatten einen tolle Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. Man ist ganz alleine in der Natur. Es gibt tolle Bikewege in der Umgebung. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist, wird es nicht langweilig. Man kann viel unternehmen oder einfach in der wunderschönen Unterkunft relaxen und sich etwas Leckeres kochen. Die Küche ist nämlich super ausgestattet. Marco und seine Frau Chiara sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

De rit naar het huis voorspelt al wat goeds, je gaat van een typisch Italiaanse 'verharde' weg over in semi-onverhard. Steeds iets hoger, door de bomen, en dan kom je op de top van de heuvel in het paradijs. Het huis is positief quirky en vol met authentieke details en spullen. Hier hebben wij het een aantal dagen zeer goed uitgehouden. Het was warm tijdens ons verblijf, dus lekker buiten onder het afdak of luieren op het gras onder de bomen. En waren de aanwezige ventilatoren heel erg prettig tijdens de avond en nacht. In de nabije omgeving is niet veel te doen, je moet of van wandelen houden, of lekker de auto pakken en eropuit gaan.
