Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame, sonnige Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Pool als absolutes Highlight. Toller Ausgangspunkt - auch unmittelbar schöne Strandabschnitte. Etwas besorgt hat uns der Nachbarshund - dieser bellte auch viel in der Nacht.

This place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended. The architecture, the furnishing, the quality of the linens, the privacy, very clean and a perfectly idyllic Idaho for those seeking a classic Italian accommodation in Puglia. We stayed with 2 parents, 2 kids, and it was heaven. We will definitely return! Thank you to the hosts for being responsive and offering a pre-arrival local wine menu to choose from (at an extra fee) - lovely to have local wines available upon arrival!

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Ina’s place was a hidden gem in the most perfect location in Puglia. Very easy to find via Google maps and super close to the main attractions in Puglia….a few minutes away from Alberobello. The villa was very clean and in such a quiet area. We would love to go back and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

wonderful pool, excellent for swimming & relaxing, calm and beautiful surrounding, beautiful houses and absolutely lovely family that runs the b&b. we would definitely come back!

De AirBnB was echt fantastisch. Op basis van de foto's verwachtten we al heel wat moois, maar de uitzichten over Fasano en in de verte de zee overtroffen alles. Het zwembad was heerlijk en schoon. De woning zelf was prima en van alle noodzakelijkheden voorzien. Marika was een geweldige host, altijd bereid om even bij te staan. Ik had helaas de pech dat ik vlak voor aankomst een griep te pakken had gekregen en daardoor behoorlijk ziek werd. Marika was er om te helpen met medicijnen en schoon beddengoed. Vanuit de AirBnB kun je veel mooie plekken bezoeken - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (het Trulli-dorp), verschillende beachclubs langs de kust en met wat verder rijden heb je nog Lecce, Tarente en Brindisi zo bereikt. Een stuk dichterbij is het stadje Fasano, aardig om te zien en er zijn aardig wat restaurantjes te vinden. Op loopafstand van de AirBnB een restaurantje. Een simpele keuken, maar prima voor als je een avondje niet wil koken maar ook niet rijden.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, gelegen in het centrum van Monopoli, op wandelafstand van diverse restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. De plaats was niet moeilijk te vinden en we kregen vooraf duidelijke instructies en tips waar je gratis je eventuele wagen kan parkeren. Je krijgt een typisch verblijf in een een woning van 4 verdiepingen met draaitrap wat voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn, misschien niet zo makkelijk is. Het was zeer netjes en vooral het dakterras was heerlijk om 's morgens met een koffie je dag te beginnen.

Perfect location in the old town but just outside of the restaurants and nightlife area so that you can still find plenty of peace and silence. Staying in the apartment feels a bit like going back in history with the dome ceiling and stone walls, whilst still enjoying all the standard amenities of modern life. Perfectly clean kitchen and bathroom. Accessing the property couldn't be easier, and you can get to the main square, bars and restaurants in less than 3 mins. Just a perfect place for a few days with the family.

Nuestra estancia en lo de Dario fue excelente. Desde nuestra primera comunicacion Dario se mostro muy atento y respondio nuestras preguntas. Somos nomades y hemos vivido en airbnb's por mucho tiempo y podemos decir con toda seguridad que Dario es el mejor host que nos ha tocado hasta la fecha. Para daros una idea, y vale aclarar que no es algo que esperabamos ni exigiamos, antes de llegar al piso nos dimos cuenta que no habia una lavadora (y nos ibamos a quedar un mes). Le preguntamos a Dario como solian hacer sus huespedes para lavar la ropa y al dia siguiente compro una lavadora. Sobre el piso, esta muy bien ubicado, perfecto para estancias cortas y largas, tiene todos lo que necesitas cerca. Desde supermercados hasta cafes y el mar. El interior esta muy bien diseñado, es espacioso y tiene una terraza que vale mucho la pena. Estancia perfecta, host inmejorable. Gracias por todo!

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le logement de Mimma. La maison était chaleureuse comme l'hote qui était aux petits soins pour nous. Encore merci à Mimma et à sa Maman pour les gâteaux maison et les provisions. Mimma est très souriante, réactive tout en étant discrète. On a adoré la visite du trullo qui est vraiment une fierté pour Mimma qui a su préserver cet héritage familial. La localisation du logement est parfaite pour visiter les Pouilles. Venez chez Mimma, vous en repartirez ravis comme nous l'avons été.

We had a very pleasant stay at Orazio’s beautiful villa outside of Martina Franca. The house itself is lovely but the outdoor space is spectacular. There are many places to lounge in the sun or to have a meal, or to simply sit in the sheltered patio. Orazio is the perfect host! He is very proactive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The swimming pool is a very welcome extra that we were grateful to have. Would love to return!

Loredana a été très réactive et de bons conseils. Très bonne communication. La maison se situe dans un environnement calme. Parfait pour sillonner la région. Les chambres 2 e 3 sont accolées à la cuisine sans portes. C'est bon à savoir même si pour nous ça n'a pas été dérangeant.

De ligging was ‘perfect’. Je zit middenin het oude centrum van Monopoli maar toch is het rustig ‘s nachts. Enkel de kerk laat de klokken regelmatig luiden tijdens een feestdag of zondagochtend. De accommodatie was heel mooi. Wel niet ideaal als je slecht te been bent want er zijn 3 trappen die je moet doen vooraleer op het terras te komen. 1ste verdieping is de keuken + 2 eenpersoonsbedden. 2de verdieping de slaapkamer met een 2persoonsbed en een badkamertje, 3de verdieping terras. Pluspunten: ligging, prijs-kwaliteit. Minpunten: iets te klein als je er met 4 dames verblijft. Redelijk weinig opbergruimte voor de kleren. Mini badkamertje. Eén toilet. Verder hebben we echt super hard genoten van ons verblijf dus zeker aan te raden!

Jolie maison de campagne, rustique tout en étant très propre, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le jardin est beau et tres bien entretenu. Et l’extérieur est sécurisé et donc adapté aux familles. Une route avec un peu de passage est devant la maison, mais cela ne gêne aucunement. On ne l’entend pas une fois dans le logement. Et surtout, le grand coup de cœur de ce logement, ce sont ses propriétaires :) nous avons été reçu comme à la maison, on a eu le droit à un petit barbecue et même une dégustation de produits locaux :) Je recommande vivement ce logement, vous y passerez de douces vacances dans la belle campagne des Pouilles :)

Super accueil, maison impeccable, seul problème les voisins du dessous très bruyants , le chien , les enfants ! Bruits jusqu’à 23 h et le matin 😱 Sinon rien à redire .

Super cómodo, muy bien equipado y súper bien ubicado si bien estábamos en auto para ir a las playas cercanas se puede ir a pie fácilmente. También se logra conseguir lugar para estacionar cerca y a minutos caminando del casco histórico

We loved the property - the views, the rooms, the spaces both inside and outside to have great conversations and great fun. A perfect location to use as a starting point for exploring Puglia or to simply to relax in the sun with the sounds of water and the beach.

Francesco was very friendly and welcomed us in person at check-in. The place was exactly like the photos and very clean!
