JUST BOOK THIS PLACE (if you are lucky enough to have it available when looking). Best Air BnB I have stayed in - and I have stayed in heaps 😆. Everything is catered for. Everything is attended to. Anything you can thing of, Alan has thought of it first! True story!! Location is perfect too. Close to everything you want in Zagreb. As I said… book it if free!

I stayed couple days in this place .it was small and clean. The owner was really helpful. She gives clear instructions for easy check in. She texted me about incident that happened before I arrived which is The washer machine in my apartment is broken! she provided another one on the apartment above. I highly recommended.🙂👍

The stay was very short only a few hours 13 to be exact(8 we slept☺️) . I really appreciated that although it was late (22 o'clock) he came to get me back because the GPS couldn't help me anymore. Very kind and showed a lot of availability. Extremely well equipped, clean and modern place. I recommend to everyone to use Licko's services

Our host was a real trooper. We didn’t arrive in Zagreb until after 10:30pm. He was there to meet us and gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment was well furnished, very clean and conveniently located. He was very responsive, checking on us to make sure everything was okay. We would have no hesitation staying there again.

The apartment looks the same as in the pictures, tidy and in a great location. The host is very kind and accommodating, communication was quick and easy. I highly recommend the apartment and the host. I know where I'm coming back to when I get to Zagreb :)

Beautiful house in Carinthia, in close proximity to activities/attractions such as Uršlja gora, ski resort Kope, Peca and AlpakaLanda. You found everything and more in the accommodation for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful interior, and a corner to relax, an ideal end to a day in the hills. The host helped us with guidance, was flexible and responsive. 10/10 if we had time we would have stayed even longer

Stunning spacious property tucked at the end of a small secluded road with great views over the countryside, even better in real life than the photos. The property was very clean and well equipped. A short 5 minute drive into nearest town for supermarkets and restaurants. The host was very responsive. Highly recommended.

We wanted a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of Ljubljana, yet close enough to it. We felt at home at Marjeta's place and recommend it 100%.

I would stay here again and could not recommend this more! A great host and an amazing location with everything we needed to completely relax. I would also recommend the Lemon Tart from Cakes De Anamarie! This only made the stay even better :)

Returning to the house, which holds such touching memories for us, proved to be a wonderful experience once again. I had a wonderful at Ivan’s appartment. The place is extremely well located in the center but is quiet and peaceful. The amenities is very good and the appartment was pristine. Ivan was a very welcoming, responsive and proactive host. One of the best airbnbs I stayed at so far!

Overall great experience. Owner genuinely care about our well being.We arrived late so she gave us clear instructions how to get in, where to park, where to find things.She even messaged us where to find a store in the morning. at day of our checkout she offered us to stay as long as wanted, since apartment was free for the afternoon. We wont be looking for any other apartment ent when we come to Maribor.

Great host and peaceful location with mountains views. Good location for anyone who is into nature or cycling. 15min drive from Ljubljana downtown

Nice place. Bright and comfortable. Walking distance to old town, train, Central Park, river & Pyramida. Perfect location. For the most part, it is adequately outfitted. (Inexplicably there was only one dinner plate). We had a lovely stay.

Absolutely gorgeous house with beautiful surroundings! The house is very clean, beautifully designed, and tastefully decorated. The indoor swing was our favorite! It's a 20 minute drive to Ljubljana which is very convenient though other forms of transportation are also available. I highly recommend Luka's place.
