Oasi Cenata è composta da due mini appartamenti adiacenti con volte a stella: Alloro, monolocale da 2 posti letto e Melograno, miniappartamento con 2 posti letto + divano letto; entrambi dispongono di una veranda arredata che si affaccia su un uliveto di 30 anni in ottima salute. Immersa in una campagna di due ettari, coltivata senza l’ausilio di chimica di sintesi, è una vera e propria oasi ecologica. Agli appartamenti si accede da un cancello automatizzato ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.

Affacciato sul mare, splendido e nuovissimo attico con meravigliosa vista sullo Jonio e sul bellissimo lungomare. Dotato di due ampi terrazzi panoramici, dai quali si possono godere fantastici tramonti. Completamente indipendente, collocato sulla litoranea tra Santa Maria e Santa Caterina, in zona residenziale tranquilla. L'attico, completamente climatizzato, è dotato di ingresso, soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera, bagno con box doccia. Doccia anche all'aperto, Wi-Fi illimitato.

Casina Matilde, è una graziosa abitazione ricavata all’interno di una antica cava di tufo, di cui ne conserva ancora qualche caratteristica parete in cui potrete scorgere qualche fossile di conchiglia appartenente ad ere geologiche lontane. Questo piccolo gioiello dalle tipiche volte a botte ha un’ampia veranda dotata di comodi tavoli, sedie, lettini ed ombrellone da esterno.
