Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

The house was comfortable and well-located making our stay enjoyable. The check in process was smooth. Host was friendly and responsive. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the toilet. It wasn’t a major issue but a bit more attention to this would enhance the overall experience. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the hospitality

A super great deal! Easily one of my best stays in Jakarta. The unique interior design creates a calming space for a traveler like me to feel at home. All appliances you need is there: washing machine, place to hang your laundry. towels, tissues, scissors, cutleries, pots and pans etc. I don’t think there was a water heater system, but a kettle and a big water bucket and gayung (lol) substituted it perfectly. The only thing missing appliance from a girl’s perspective was a hair dryer haha but that’s totally fine. Alfa, who I learned is an architect, is also very friendly. Would really love to stay here again someday.

Its beside Central Park, famous shopping mall in Jakarta, just go down and walk. Snoopy's place is large, beautiful night view. Last I checked in, there was bazaar in Central Park and we can watch from upstairs although not very clear. Street is very crowded on weekend, almost got 2 hours to reach apart. Sorry to say, the bedroom and pillow have musty smell, maybe its not been used very long time.

Great stay, spacious unit, surrounding areas perfect, especially access to botanical garden. But wifi connection was slow and cleanliness can be improved. Overall we love to stay here =)

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. I stayed here for 60 days and it never disappoints. Permata Hijau suites is such a luxurious apartment block with amazing facilities. The staff working as security and concierge were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the flat I stayed in was extremely homely. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

Nice and clean apartment. Facilities included gym, indoor and outdoor pool, and direct access to nearby mall. Maria was very quick at responding to any inquiries. Good value for money.

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
