The host was always attentive, the instructions were clear, the place was clean and tidy (although it is a bit remote, without a vehicle it is a bit far away) however it is a good place and you get used to walking to get out. Everything was great. I would rent it again. The price was fair.

I liked the place where we spent a week. Two security gates to get to the property. It is 10 minutes drive to downton Playa del Carmen. The security people were very polite and helpful all the time. Very quiet and peaceful place. It was as described by Jessica. I really recommend this place. June 2025.

What a cool jungle experience. The climate felt cooler than I thought it would be. Sirley is a great host and really tries hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and having a good stay. The property is well looked after. I borrowed a bicycle from the property and wandered around the backroads of Central Vallarta. Cenote 7 Bocas was a quick bicycle ride away. But please remember, this is truly the jungle. Only nature lovers will enjoy this tranquil experience. Spider monkeys frequent the property, I stayed a week and they came 3 or 4 times. I met amazing people from all over the world there and they taught me a lot about local flora and fauna. Sirley is a great cook and provides cost effective meals with plenty of food. Thanks Sirley, you will see me again!
