Great place to stay outside of Tulum.

Impeccable! Very nice apartment, in a lively neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, but also very quiet. The apartment is as in the photos, well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We immediately liked the pool. The concierge staff are super friendly. Gustavo was available to us all the time and gave us solutions to small problems very quickly, flawless. A place to come back.

My experience at Naj Ti Kin was great. The apartment was impeccable, just like in the photos, and full of details that made my stay very comfortable. The location is perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature, and at the same time close to everything. The hosts' service was excellent: always attentive, friendly and willing to help with any questions I asked. The directions they gave us to get from the airport to the accommodation were very clear and useful. Price-quality ratio, very good. I would definitely stay here again, 100% recommended.

Really great place, really great value for money. Only one thing which was annoying was not all the bikes worked but it wasn’t an issue for us. Guido was a great host and there was even free water. The place was really pretty and easy to get into.
