Laurie was an amazing host at a location ~25 min from my work. She goes above and beyond to welcome her guests.

June was a gracious and welcoming host and her home is absolutely beautiful, including the gardens and pool. It totally meets the description and we felt immediately at home! June provided everything we needed - plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, space to ourselves, and friendly suggestions for enjoying the home and area. It was a pleasure to meet June and get to know a little about her and her family! The yard and pool were the perfect compliment to a beautiful afternoon following graduation at Villanova. Our family enjoyed her family friendly spaces and her welcoming spirit. Thank you, June, for a wonderful visit! We are sad that we found you at the end of our visits to Villanova but know that many others will enjoy your lovely home and hospitality!

The accommodation perfectly matches the description: very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The house is ideally located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet easily accessible and close to public transport, making it easy to get around. Very well appointed house up a few steps. Lots of space and very nice details within the house. We enjoyed our stay.

The place is in a good location. It was safe and not too far from downtown Philly. I took an Uber into town each day and then took one back whenever I was done. Shannon does provide rides (for a fee) for her guests when she’s home and available, which was nice. The only negative is that one must climb several flights of stairs to get to the room. Other than that it was an overall good experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay. Plenty of room and sleeping areas for our party of 5. Two bathroom / shower availability was fantastic and appreciated the central air given the heat. House was very clean with full functionality (kitchen, wi-fi, bathrooms, and such). Appreciated the private driveway and not have to look for street parking. Easy in/out of airport, about 20 minutes. Close enough to multiple grocery shopping options. Able to check-in/unlock and check-out/lock up easily with instructions.

This place is amazing for a night stay! Firstly, the host was very responsive. I was sent clear rules and requirements for this place. Very clear and direct. This is an apartment in a quiet neighborhood and the whole unit is very quiet. It made sense they also expect you to be quiet in their place. The whole neighborhood was so quiet that when a car drove by you could clearly hear it. The room was very spacious. More than enough room to stretch. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. A towel in the bedroom. Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom. Very clean throughout the place. This might not be the place if you don’t bring a car and expect to just walk around the corner and find all the attractions, but to me it was everything I could ever ask for. Very clear instructions. Very easy communication. Will stay here again :)

Our family loved staying at Gary’s place for our Philly vacation. It was incredibly clean, we felt secure in the house and neighborhood, and the free parking made it so easy for us to come and go. The home is exactly what you see in the listing, and Gary is an excellent host with super quick response time and detailed instructions and recommendations.

Rob and Amanda’s place was what I was looking for. The place is at the center of everything, making it easy to get to where I needed to be for the few days I stayed. The hosts gave excellent explanations and were responsive and kind.

I lived with Steve's family for a long period and I have no words to describe how beautiful my experience was. Very friendly, respectful, amazing family. The house is clean and secured with the fire system. Very supportive family for those who study English as a second language. They provide free trips to explore the city and rural areas every now and then. Personally, every time I visit Philly, Steve's house is my first choice, because of how welcome and kind they are. I had the pleasure of staying at Najia’s place for nearly a week, and it was truly a delightful experience. This beautiful Airbnb exudes the charm of a Mediterranean home, with its stunning décor and thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Philadelphia and its suburbs. One very minor note is that the windows, adorned with gorgeous glass decorations, but it’s hardly an issue if you’re comfortable keeping the lights on. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay, and I would happily return!

Perfect spot for a family needing multiple bedrooms. My family was in Philly for a nearby wedding. This Airbnb is in an up and coming neighborhood with a coffee shop, brewery, and restaurant within walking distance. Although it’s located above a breakfast/lunch restaurant, it was quiet and private, especially in the bedrooms which are in back. The kitchen and living room made for a great place to hang out with takeout food. We really enjoyed breakfast downstairs at Taylor’s and were pleasantly surprised that Si had left a gift card. Parking was easy with clear instructions from Si. Would definitely recommend.

Marcia is nice, friendly, and responsive. The place is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The place is close to transit stations (a regional rail station, a few bus stops, and a trolley station). There're several stores and restaurants close to the the rail station. The neighborhood is peaceful. In all, during my stay, I felt at home, and would like to stay again if I have a chance!

We have stayed with Jo-Ann several times, since we have a recurring event in this area and she has been extremely friendly without being overbearing and very flexible and accommodating each time. We will be happy to stay with her in the future.

The whole experience was surreal: a beautiful country mansion set among farmland (alpaca, sheep emu!), yet within minutes of shopping and restaurants Absolutely beautiful suite in the true tradition of a bnb. Highly recommended

What a great find! JoAnn is a brilliant host and makes everything so easy. Her home is perfectly located in a residential area just a few blocks from the village and university. This is a real BnB, where she makes a beautiful breakfast for you, rare these days. I found the bed to be perfect. The room was just what I needed, with my own air control and work space, I had everything I need. This place is a gem. Book it.

Molly and Dan are fantastic people. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel like a party of the household. The house is full of warmth and charm found in antiquity. They’re black cat was super friendly. Would 100% recommend a stay at the James Matthew’s house. Beautiful garden, private covered porch, and so many snacks!!

Absolutely wonderful on all fronts! 10 out of 10 would recommend to others and will happily stay here again!

I had a lovely stay in Jo-Ann's clean and comfortable home. I was in Swarthmore for a reunion event, and appreciated that I was only a short walk from both the Swarthmore "Ville", which now has a nice selection of restaurants and a farmer's market on weekends, as well as the Swarthmore College campus and the SEPTA station. My room was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. Jo-Ann offer's a lovely breakfast spread and excellent coffee. She was very helpful and responsive to my questions, and the keypad entry made it easy to come and go. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again!

Location was great… near stores & some restaurants. Most of it was private & quiet… my room (201) had a spacious en suite bathroom and peaceful green views. Had coffee & snacks daily downstairs ( nice Keurig machine!). Overall, met & exceeded expectations.
