Great little spot! To have a private parking spot in the neighbor was dreamy! Just needed it last minute to get to Philly for an early flight the next day and wound up having so much fun exploring this cute little neighborhood! Unit exactly as described. Leonard communicated promptly and completely!

Vanessa’s place was cute, clean and comfy. She’s very responsive and polite. The area is very convenient with many, stores and even a very good Italian restaurant around the corner. It’s very close to Lincoln financial field, victory brewery and the famous rocky statue. Overall our stay was pleasant and would recommend.

The accommodation perfectly matches the description: very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The house is ideally located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet easily accessible and close to public transport, making it easy to get around. We love the charming Queen's Star so much that this was our fourth stay there! As always, it was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We love that it is exceptionally clean and neat - just perfect! Ian and Beth are wonderful hosts, very responsive, welcoming and helpful in every way. The location is amazing - on a quiet street, and close to restaurants and shops. The Queen's Star is our favorite place to stay in Philadelphia and we can't wait till our next visit!

My first-time Philly visit. The location is perfect, a lot of restaurants and bars around and walkable to some sightseeings. The bedroom is quiet and the apartment is also very clean. The host is very proactive to communicate. In summary, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place if your goal is to find a walkable and clean place around with restaurants and bars.

Christine’s place is lovely, clean and spacious, very quiet and well located from a walking distance of many sites worth visiting in Philadelphia. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there.

The airbnb is in a great spot and is perfect for someone who wants to be right in the middle of Rittenhouse while staying budget friendly. The unit is fairly basic which in my opinion is the best thing for those not planning on staying at the unit most of the day. This was great for me since I spent most of my time at the Penn Medical buildings and only needed to come home to sleep. While the place looks a bit dated, it was all very clean, tidy, and had pretty much everything you need to make food if necessary. It was a little hard to get in at first, but the pictures they provided helped a lot. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the stay and had no major issues!

We had a little trouble with the lock checking in but our host was really responsive and the issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes. Comfy bed. Pillows were thin but we slept fine with 2 of them. Very clean space in a great location!! Would book again ✨

Great, cute little apartment Jin the heart of Philly!

The place was as described and cleaned upon arrival. Initial communication started off concerning but right before the trip all questions had gotten answered. The neighborhood is great, very clean and bright outside. I enjoyed my walks through the neighborhood. Parking was shocking, as they have 2 hour limits in the residential areas. Was not expecting that so be prepared to search for a spot for a while and hopefully by luck you’ll get good spot where you can stay over the weekend without moving. Check in and check out we’re easy and ultimately it was a great place to stay. Would book again in the future depending on the price.

If you are looking for a good central location, that’s the perfect choice. The beautiful apartement is like a 5 star hotel. It looks very luxurious, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the whole apartement is spotlessly clean. You can also find several parking options for a good price if you arrive by car. I will definitely book again if I’m visiting Philly.

Gabe and friends were impeccable hosts! The space was as described and was beyond our expectations. You are walking distance to the pier and lots to do. Even the liberty bell seemed close. Would love to visit again and hope this listing is available as we would repeat it without a second thought.

Great place to stay, looks just like the photos, and is a great feel for the space. Water didn't get as hot as I would like but still gets to a nice temperature. If getting there later in the day, plan to look for parking as it is all street parking. Availability for parking was within a block or so, which was fine. Overall great night's stay!

The host, Jonathan, was very communicative and helpful. Gave clear instructions about getting into the apartment. Was proactive in reaching out to us. The apartment was modern, spotless and comfortable. The location was great for our needs. We were disappointed that we couldn't take him up on his offer of a second night at a discounted rate, but it was incredibly nice of him to offer.

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!

We loved staying here! We were a group of friends staying the weekend for a wedding. Bin’s home was extremely clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom (with two sinks/mirrors, which was extra helpful for getting ready for the wedding). Bin gave clear instructions, was very responsive leading up to our stay, and even let us check in three hours early. The location was also great - very quiet at night and easy to get to other places via public transit. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Philly!
