Walk to our famous "Pine St." for food, fun and drinks and enjoy all our beautiful downtown has to offer. 4 blocks north of UCM campus and Walton Stadium.

Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper 12/6/2025 for the comfort of your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Be our Guest! Adorable 1 Bedroom home all to yourself. Relax in this freshly decorated home. We have Wifi Alexa Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. We have a barbeque grill and patio set. Washer and Dryer for you to use. Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

Great for girl's weekend to visit family and enjoy the local shops. *Farm Girl Flowers & More* is our favorite place to shop local. Hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

Use our large covered dock, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe and explore all this huge waterscape and land have to offer. All manner of Missouri wildlife reside here.

Convenient and comfortable! Our Colorful Cottage is within minutes of UCM and about 10 minutes from WAFB. We have the Cottage with all the amenities needed for a nightly, weekly, or a monthly stay. Your dogs are welcome to stay as well! Pet Policy: $30-1 dog $10-each additional Please keep dogs off of furniture at all times. Kennel if anxious or destructive when left alone.
