Holiday rentals with beach access in Central America

This is our second time at Nick's place and it was everything we remembered. You can walk out the back patio and in 100 feet, go right into the ocean, with great surfing right there. Short walk to Tamarindo for restaurants and shopping, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Several small maintenance issues popped up during the 10 days, but Nick responded in 15 minutes each time and the problems were resolved in an hour or two. Great host, great location, and great communication. We'll definitely be back.

Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

The location of this place was absolutely perfect!! Walking distance to the beach and several great restaurants. The yoga classes were amazing and there was even a DJ one night. The pool was great also. The place was clean, and patio was nice to sit on. We did experience ants in the bathroom one night, but once we got rid of them they didn’t come back. Overall great and very accommodating.

Nice place close to the beach, we cooked in their fully equipped kitchen. It’s really nice having a kitchen to enjoy good food. The host is very responsive and nice. I definitely would stay again

Jenny and Clemens’s place is truly magical and an ideal spot for first-timers visiting Lake Atitlán. We instantly fell in love with the stunning views and the peaceful atmosphere during our two-day stay. From the start, Jenny and Clemens were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They helped us arrange roundtrip shuttle service from Antigua and even organized a private lancha to reach their home, making everything so easy. Thanks to their great location, we could walk to nearby spots like Casa del Mundo, Isla Verde, and even take a cooking class in Santa Cruz. Getting around by public lanchas were also simple. Just flag one down at the dock, and the drivers know exactly where to drop you off on your return.

Daniel as person in charge, he is very responsive and kindness. The place is just like the description and more. The guys who welcome, are very professional providing clear intro of the place and advices for the surrounding. This is a Great deal!

Beautiful home, close to many restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that you can hear almost everything outside and if there are people talking or driving by it is easily heard in the bedroom but the neighbour hood is quiet otherwise, other than that it was a very comfortable stay and safe!

Great space to stay only 1min walk to the beach!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we actually changed our travel dates based on the times it was available...it's that nice. The view is probably the best in Playas del Coco and the property is super-private. The second bedroom is secluded at the end of the house with it's own entrances so people staying with you will have their own privacy. The house is walking distance to town and the beach but because it is at the top of a hill, the climb could be a challenge for some people. But it is a cheap taxi ride from the beach so really not an issue. Jeannyna is great with communication regarding instructions and house policy and she responds quickly if you have any issues. There is not a bad thing that I can say about this property and we will stay hear again and again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punta Preciosa. The location is beautiful and private. The beach was virtually deserted most of the time. The swimming was fantastic and it was also nice to walk along the sandy beach early in the morning and watch the Scarlet Macaws and other birds. Pascal was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my inquiries and often responded within the hour. He has created a very helpful digital welcome book which you receive access to after booking. He helped arranged excellent tours for us, all of which I would recommend - kayak tour of the mangrove, boat And snorkelling tour of the Gulf, a night walk and a trip to Corcovado. The house is very nice and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The gas stove and oven took some figuring out but worked well. There is no microwave or dishwasher. The main floor is open to the air so there were some insects at night but using the fan and insect repellent helped. We would love to go back again.

Awesome place! The host was super responsive and proactive. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It's pretty straightforward to get everywhere if you use the boat guy (Pedro) suggested by the host. Having the soccer field was so fun, even in the rain! A small note - it's an eco-home, so there are some small differences like having to use bidets and the hot tub hours. The host is very up front about these things, just make sure that's okay with you when booking. We had a great time, would definitely come back :)

If I could give 1 million stars I would. We stayed for 8 days in the orange house and this was the most amazing home, amazing location, amazing hosts. Usually pictures look better online than in person, this was the opposite. The pictures on the listing are accurate, but it’s 100000x better in person, Marlin and his wife Claudia were the absolute best hosts. They were helpful, gave advice, suggestions and really helped us have a “locals experience”- Saigon Bay is special. For us it was the perfect location, we rented bikes (he has covered parking with plug ins to charge) We didn’t have any issues, but anytime we needed laundry or to ask anything, they were immediately available. He has the BEST local bug “oil” that you will want and I’m fairly certain every single hummingbird in the world came to our deck daily. The AC in the bedroom worked great, and there are multiple fans throughout the home. They have a fridge with beers, waters, eggs and some other items and offer 5 gallon jug

Absolutely fabulous host and stay. Sophie is extremely detail oriented and leaves no stone unturned. From the moment we booked, to our departure she was thorough and precise. The home was very peaceful and very well maintained and exactly as described. We all loved the patio and the shared pool and community area. As an extra treat, my two daughters were able to do a short painting session with Sophie at the end of our stay. Great stay for families or couples looking to get a bit off the beaten path and enjoy a tranquil environment. Would definitely recommend this host and this home when visiting Playa Grande. Local guide book and FAQ's were also helpful.

The Surf House is amazing. Want that quiet getaway from it all? This is the place for you. Patricia is easy to deal with and Jaime the onsite caretaker is very helpful. Highly recommended!

The most amazing place we have stayed in Costa Rica. We extended our stay and would have stayed longer if it was available. It’s even better than the pictures. The office was perfect for my partner and I was able to teach my yoga clients on the patio with the tropical garden backdrop! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Anything we looked for was there, even a plug at exactly the place you would look for it! We loved the privacy the backyard gardens! Our towels were refreshed before we even had to ask! There was a little noise from the neighbouring school and a little construction, but it didn’t bother us at all. Overall Tomasso’s place exceeded our expectations and we will be happy to come back here, or visit his other properties! Pura vita!

What an amazing home!!! The pool was absolutely beautiful. The home felt private and safe. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was just as described. We absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% return!

This is such a wonderful place to stay - would recommend to anyone visiting Montego Bay. Rohan’s place is lovely, it’s so clean and he’s taken really great care over small touches like make up towels, toothbrushes, beach towels etc. It’s really great location as well; you can walk to hip strip in 2 minutes and there are markets, supermarkets and amazing beaches and restaurants all within 5-10 minutes walking. We absolutely loved everything about this air bnb it was just beautiful. The view is just breathtaking it is very quiet and peaceful. So many things to do right down the hill. The host were very responsive to any questions I may have had. I loved it. Would recommend to anyone.

Great stay at Konstyantyn & Nadia’s, everything was as described. Just a short walk to harmony beach and lots of different food options. The view from the balcony was amazing and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to make quick breakfast and go. Plus there is a pool with a gorgeous view if you don’t feel like walking to the beach. I would 100% recommend it. Best bang for your buck.

It's an exciting place. I had the opportunity to see the rain on the volcanoes and the lake. It's an experience that's as good as any attraction in the world. I recommend it 100%

Our family loved this airbnb . Very relaxing peaceful location . Especially enjoyed the private outdoor shaded space with hammock and our own pool . Well equipped kitchen , comfortable beds , daily cleaning services . Would recommend without hesitation . Thank you Alvaro !
