The place is beautiful and is at heart of the city. Having bus stop right in front of the building helped us a lot. Since it's nearby Nizami street, people would always be roaming around. Every major place is walkable from the place. We booked this place at the last moment and wanted an early check-in. Both the hosts were very much supportive and understanding. They gave us clear instructions to reach the place and there was already someone waiting for us to help. The elevator was not working and the place was at 2nd floor and he helped us. There was some problem with water heater and they immediately resolved it. The hosts were also very cooperative to help us keep our luggage for sometime even after checkout. Super friendly hosts and very good place to stay. Would love to stay here again ♥️

Loved the plants inside and gorgeous greenery outside, from all windows. Pros: - Host accommodates - we had to extend stay because my husband felt sick and the host was super understanding and helped us extend the stay until he recovered - Location - close to the airport and a metro station - Food scene - nice restaurants and a local bazaar nearby - Calm neighborhood Cons: - 4th floor without elevator, good workout but can get tricky if you have heavy luggage - Learned that after 10pm walking outside can get dangerous in this area, especially for girls and alone

This apartment is awesome!!! Perfect for a couple or single traveller. The location is supreme, down a small walking alley in the Old City and ...a 5 minute walk from the waterfront. The place was nice and cool, great refuge when the weather was super hot (90-95F). All the amenities are there, no worries. I would definitely return!! Ali is a great host!! The hotels nearby are super $$$. I highly recommend this studio apartment!!!

We loved Kseniya’s place where everyone felt welcomed and safe. It was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed having a cup of tea by the window after a busy day filled with of excursions and meetings with friends and family we had not seen since 1998. We highly recommend this beautiful place and can’t wait to come back!

This was the best experience I've ever had with Airbnb. The apartment was cute, and the host really made it comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed was there and more! The kitchen was ready to use with salt, oil, etc., the laundry machine had soap, and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was also cute and had everything within walking distance. I definitely recommend this host!

The location of the house we preferred for our stay was very nice. It was a bit too noisy due to the location, consider this if you come to rest your head. Walking distance to everywhere, you can easily realize your Baku trip from this location. The only problem was the apartment on the 5th floor without elevator. We could not see an info about this. It was a bit uncomfortable in Baku heat. As for the cleanliness, it was a bit lacking. We smelled odor from the bed and bed linen, from the leftover duvet cover. It didn't feel very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but some glasses and cups were stained and we could not use them easily. However, the host was very helpful and quick to respond. The house needs a seasonal cleaning and some renovation. The host is definitely not like other hosts in Baku who change the house at the last minute or give a different house than the one shown. Unfortunately this is very common in Baku.

Place had amazing view both main floor and on roof top, roof top is quiet large and makes for great outdoor space . Well staked amenities and a close proximity white mosque .

I must say this is one of the spacious and well maintained Airbnb I have visited in my recent times. We the family of 6 with one child had a stay with ample space, best comfort and great amenities. The host Karan was super active with just a call away. Caretaker was also swiftly responsive and maintaining the property quite well. Hardly to find any cons with the mansion but the local weather had some. Definitely visit the lavish greenery property in coming months.

Hi we had the pleasure to stay at sir's property in srinagar. Well maintained property with very friendly and helpful hosts. Though due to some reasons the help was not available but Sir helped in ensuring the place was clean during our stay. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

We absolutely loved the Buddha House!!! It was perfect for our family vacation in Viña Del Mar! It’s well equipped with everything you need and you can’t stop staring at the AMAZING ocean view!! The house It’s spacious, the beds are very comfortable!! will def recommend!!

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. Staying at Sheerazi Homestay was a truly wonderful experience, in fact the best experience in our entire Kashmir trip. We stayed there for 4 nights (6th - 9th April) with elderly parents. The host were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was good, a little away from main city but very quite and peaceful, overlooking apple orchard, exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed exploring the local area thanks to their helpful recommendations. Shalimar bagh was just 5 mins from here. The best part of the homestay is Asif Bhai, who prepare delicious homemade meals and take care of every little requirement of ours. Sabir bhai manages the homestay really well and you can ask for any help from him. We felt like part of the family, and it was such a contrast to the impersonal atmosphere of hotels. We would highly recommend Sheerazi Homestay to all looking for a stay in Kashmir

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The property featured a clean and well-maintained swimming pool, which added to the overall experience. Behind the homestay, the view was absolutely scenic, with river flowing, lush forests and beautiful mountains creating a peaceful and picturesque backdrop. The interior was tastefully designed and exceptionally clean. There was also plenty of open space, making it perfect for kids to play and enjoy freely. Overall, it was a great place to stay — peaceful, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing getaway.

If you are looking for a private and quiet place to stay, this one is the best. It’s up at old manali with a very cozy bed facing right into the mountains. You have a kitchen in case you wanna cook something and an extra neat bathroom. No rush, just you and the nature ✨

It was such a beautiful place to stay at. The view was breathtaking & my family enjoyed the stay entirely. There were restaurants and places to shop nearby or around driving distance. It was truly perfect & we highly recommend you to stay at Ashish’s place if you’re visiting Manali! 🥰

If you’re looking for a cozy, private mountain retreat with amazing views, this is the perfect place. The property is exactly as shown in the profile - calm and beautiful. It's just a short hike to Naggar Castle, nearby temples, and also close to the local chawk and eateries, making it convenient for exploring. Initially planned to stay for a week but ended up extending my stay there. The owner's family lives on the property and they were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help with any requests. Siddharth was also very responsive, assisting with anything I needed. Just a note: The Wi-Fi is pretty good (40mbps), but if you’re planning a workation, it’s a good idea to have a strong mobile network to use your hotspot as a backup. I will surely choose this place again if I come back.

The location and view are excellent. The apartment itself is beautifully done up, interiors are in a Bohemian style and very soothing. Reena ji was super helpful in coordinating everything. Our only gripe was that, the apartment infrastructure is not that well-maintained. For eg., in one of the bathrooms the shower was not working, which got fixed later on. Then that bathroom's sink had a drainage issue. On our last evening, the kitchen sink's drainage pipe disconnected, and water leaked all over the floor. Reena ji was again helpful, sending people to fix it - but we couldn't use the sink that evening. But as nothing is perfect, these minor grievances aside, stay was excellent, very calm with the magnificent views of the pristine Ganges from our balcony. That last part, for us, overrode everything else, which is why I still am rating it 5 stars! PS: Note that if you don't have your own transport, you are dependent on the local autos, which you have to call and book in advance.

Just Like Home – with Peace and Fun! Staying here truly felt like being at home, but in a much more peaceful environment. Our host, Abhinav Jee, is a wonderful person—so welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing, and the fact that the place is pet-friendly made our stay even better! One of the highlights was the Roof Top Café, which had a great vibe and offered a variety of indoor games—perfect for relaxing and having fun. 100% recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, homely stay with great hospitality and peaceful surroundings.

I had a wonderful stay at Venera’s apartment! She’s incredibly responsive and always happy to help. All instructions—from how to reach the apartment to using everything inside—were clear and well-documented. The apartment is cozy, stylish, and very well-equipped. It’s located right in the center, on the riverside, with secure gated access. The views are stunning—overlooking Almaty’s main sights like the mountains and the TV tower. The windows face east, so you wake up to the sunrise, with the peaceful sound of the river and birds outside. Truly a serene and scenic spot. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Venera is a fantastic host!

a lazy staycation, family vacation, long weekends, whatever be the scenario. IKAI is a perfect getaway. Away from the hustle and bustle of prime time rishikesh, yet close enough by personal vehicles . very helpful staff and quite calm residence.
