Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cozy guest suite is located in the backyard to the main house, with your own personal entrance on the side so you have your own space coming and going. The space includes a nice living room with a big screen tv, a small kitchen with all the necessities you may need to make a basic meal, a dining table, a separate bedroom with its own tv, restroom with a toilet and shower, and a closet space for your clothes!

Vintage Little Pink Cottage

Our cozy little Pink House was built in 1910 as a farm house, surrounded by fields. Then several years ago we completely remodeled the inside updating everything, heat pump unit was added for heating and cooling. Our driveway leads to private parking by the back door. We are a nonsmoking, no pets facility. We are .06 miles to the hospital, shopping is also very close and the Safford High School is visible from our back door. This is a one bedroom with a Queen size bed.

A touch of country in a cozy RV!

Located just west of the Safford/Thatcher area in Central is our 32 ft. 5th wheel RV trailer. Parked at the back of our property, there is a big back yard and a playground for the kiddos! Our trailer can sleep up to 6 people, but if all adults, highly recommended for 4. There is no smoking allowed on our property. Pets are allowed outside on a leash or in a kennel, but not inside the trailer. Just outside the RV is a picnic table, fire pit, and chairs!

Are you looking for a CLEAN and cozy place to lay your head? Enjoy your stay in this unique home. This private room is located in the upstairs portion of the home. It has a private entrance, private bathroom and rooms. With a plush queen bed you are sure to get a great nights rest. It is in a lovely neighborhood and located centrally in the heart of Safford. This makes it convenient for all needs.

Mesquite Retreat

Rustic bohemian-style cabin featuring exposed rock and wood walls, concrete floors, and a carefully curated mix of new and antique decor and furniture. The cabin is surrounded by mesquite bosque and desert scenery and provides a private setting for relaxation and solitude. We are a non-smoking, no-pet property. There’s a $250 USD fee for those who smoke or arrive with pets.

Two separate living areas, one has a big screen tv and the other has a piano, and plenty of seating to read or just relax.
