Holiday rentals with beach access in Central Bohemian Region

Our stay was absolutely great! Nice place with an absolutely great location-just in the swimming pool. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts are very welcoming and the communication with them was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful studio. Karlín is very well connected with public transportation, but even a very interesting district, to which you can also dedicate at least one day. The communication with Natalia and her team was straightforward and reliable. In the apartment, everything you need for a multi-day stay is available.

Great accommodation in terms of price/performance. The apartment is really much more spacious than it appears in the photos, sufficiently furnished and very cozy. The owners were very nice, they immediately responded to the problem and we are very grateful to them for that. We can only recommend it and we will really consider returning in the coming years.

We absolutely loved staying at Tereza’s place! It was the most beautiful location with stunning views of the river! The house was perfect for myself and my family, it was clean (smelt beautiful) and well equipped. Tereza was a perfect host, so helpful, friendly and kind! A wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful places in the Czech Republic. The area itself is cozy, clean, the pool is great for children. And a convenient location - every day with the children we went to castles or other interesting places in the area. We will not return in the hottest season to try the sauna

We had a great stay. Peaceful location in middle of nowhere. Amazing garden together with orchard. Do not expect luxurious accommodation, fancy decoration. You are basically visiting your grandparents in old house with all cons and pros :-) We slept well, relaxed nicely. House is big enough to accommodate more than 12 people in 2 bedrooms, however there is only small table in the kitchen that fits 4 people . New bathroom. There is a lot of personal items of the owner, but still plenty of space for your own belongings..we would appreciate a bit of cleaning upfront. Garden is amazing, many toys for kids, board games, fully equipped kitchen. Richard was very responsive, very nice, easy to talk to. He let us stay longer and did also very earle check in, which we appreciated a lot. We will come back

Me and two friends spent a great time at David's place. The house is in a little village but it is so quite that you have the feeling to be alone. It is very comfortable, has a big garden, a little pool, a sauna(!) and everything you need for a beautiful holiday. David is very helpful, full of suggestions and we had the pleasure to meet him in person and spent some time together. The surroundings are beautiful and you can have long walks in the nature. We definitely recommend it and wish to be there again one day.

Nice apartment to spend some time on the lake.

The place looks exactly how it is described and the instructions were great. Communication with Alexandr was easy and smooth. My entire stay was comfortable and clean. I didn't have any issues with the place. The only drawback for me personally was that it was far away from the city centre, nearly 40 mins by tram and metro. Other than that, I would say it is a nice neighborhood.
