Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Central Bohemian Region

At alex and Natalia, two couples can live together without worries. Two large beds, little space around but living room close to one of the bedrooms for suitcases . The day rises early and no shutters, curtains of course but plan the night mask if you prefer to sleep in the dark:) On the first floor, easy to access. Convenient and welcoming entrance, umbrellas available, convenient kitchen, friendly dining table, good equipment . Clean and functional bathroom, toilet not separated but it is clear in the advertisement. A good location. Bakery nearby, close to the city center on foot and public transport nearby. Finally , very easy, pleasant and responsive communication with Alex and Natalia, we did not meet them but everything went very well, from start to finish:)

Our stay was outstanding, fabulous, just great! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring all parts of this beautiful city! On a quiet street but close to all the hustle bustle. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen….. apartment was spotless! We were there one month and cleaning lady cleaned apartment once a week and was pleasant nice lady . And wow did she make everything clean… Was a bit expensive but was relative to proximity to Vltava river, Mala Strana, castle, Charles bridge, parks and old town Praha 1. I want to give an extra thank you to Lenka… host 10+stars. She is truly amazing and made our stay even better. She went way above and beyond all expectations She is kind, helpful and always smiling. She is a gem!!!! We loved her. We Felt pampered . Hope to stay again someday. THANK YOU LENKA…we just love you! 🙏🏻

It was a really nice place to stay but I felt like it was a lot more than others. I chose this as it had air conditioning and a terrace. When arriving the bed down stairs was made not upstairs where the air conditioning is. I messaged them to find out they wanted me to pay a service charge for bringing more bedding. Then changed their minds on the fee as the place had not been fully stocked with cleaning supplies(as they allowed me early check in). I found the mattress to be stained but the bedding was clean. The fridge was small but adequate as it was only myself staying.

It's a very nice and cosy apartment with all basic things available. location is amazing that allows you to reach all the places very easily with tram stop just 2 minutes away. Everything was fantastic. I recommend any first time tourists visiting Prague. Just with kid one issue as TV is not smart we had to plan other things for him. Else excellent stay!

Staying with Prague Days was a pleasure. The location was perfect, it’s just outside the main area so extremely quiet with a tram just around the corner that gets you into the main area in 10 minutes. The apartment was cozy and clean with amazing views from the roof terrace. There was someone always available to reply to any messages and all of the information/instructions we were sent were very helpful and accurate. We also tried out a few of the restaurant recommendations from Prague days with Waf-Waf (5-10 minute walk) being an incredible highlight. We would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a base to explore Prague.

Great location - you can walk to most tourist spots in the city and there are good restaurants, cafes, bakery etc. nearby. Michal was very helpful - always messaged back to my questions quickly and helped arranging transportation for us. One small suggestion I have is that it will be nice if there’s a full-length mirror by the door! :) We loved the city of Praha and would definitely consider staying here again if we ever have a chance to come back.

Ilan and Veronika's place is in a great location, right in the center of Prague and next to the iconic Charles Bridge, and yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of crowds touring the area. The living space is large, comfortable, well-equipped, and very quiet. There are a couple of locked doors to go through before reaching the apartment, but Veronika did a fabulous job describing, with pictures, which key opened which door. There are a variety of excellent, quaint restaurants in the area (U Patrana down the block, and Seminar in the little street across the apartment), and a gem of a park around the corner - the Vojanovy sady - where to have a picnic while watching beautiful peacocks meander around. We loved everything about the place and the area, and can't wait to go back!

Great location close to the heart of historic centre. So easy to walk to all the major sights and not far to trams/buses for other places further away. Apartment was modern, comfortable and I found it quiet (I note other guest found it a bit noisy - I stayed Tuesday and Wednesday nights so perhaps that’s why it was quiet). The host is fantastic and provides lots of info to help guests make the most of their trip. He also provides some discount vouchers to local cafes and restaurants - I can recommend the Spot cafe downstairs (great food and coffee). Note for future guests: it’s a bit far to walk from train station if carrying heavy luggage, but Uber is very cheap so take advantage of it.

Christoffer’s place was exactly as described and what the pictures show. It was beautiful, quiet and walkable to almost anything and everything you would want to see in Prague. Christoffer was also very responsive if I messaged him or needed him for anything. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and it was an all around great experience! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Prague!

Wonderful, responsive hosts and a location that’s in the center of all the action! Pretty sure I could live in this AirBNB. Pros: The hosts will meet you upon arrival to make certain you find your way to the right spot, since the apartment is behind a restaurant courtyard. The space is very comfortable—light and bright and beautifully appointed. I found the bed extremely comfortable and the Nespresso was a lovely surprise. Black out shades and effective soundproofing were also great amenities, though I recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper staying on busy drinking nights—you are in the city center, after all! You are mere steps from the Old Town Square and all its treasures. Do practice using the keys while the hosts are with you to make sure you know how to use them. Protip: to use the keys while to enter the floor the apartment is on, insert the key in the normal position and turn just 1/4 to the right.

Friendly owner, neat and clean housing, parking available, close to the main square. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Peaceful stay in the heart of Prague. Everything was clean and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was very calm despite being right in the city centre. The host was welcoming and helpful – communication with Josef was smooth and professional. I had a great time here! It’s just a short walk to Kampa by the river, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast, and there’s a lovely park nearby. Many famous historical buildings are within walking distance, and it’s a joy to wander the charming alleyways of Old Prague. I recommend this place and would be happy to return.

We had a fabulous stay. The accommodations were very clean, spacious, bright and comfortable. It was a bit noisy at night but this is to be expected when you stay in the heart of old town. It’s worth it for the superb location! Easy check in and check out…Hope to go back!
