Stroll down to Paraidise Beach for a swim, kayak or enjoy a fish from the public wharf. Avalon Village is within walking distance with it's wonderful cafes and boutiques or enjoy a surf at Avalon Beach. Pittwater is a boating and sailing haven and nearby ferries will take you into the beautiful Kuringgai National Park. Fine dining just minutes away at Clareville Kiosk or let us recommend a unique dining experience at some of the fantastic restaurants of Sydney's Northern Beaches Avalon Village is an easy walk or there is a convenient bus stop that will take you into the Sydney CBD just metres away from the home. No Guest access is private I am very respectful of my guest privacy - most of my guest choose Pittwater Paradise as a romantic get away or for a secluded break. I am, however always available to give you advise on the best restaurants and things to enjoy in the area. Just let me know how I can help make you stay as enjoyable as possible Paradise beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Take the spectacular walk up to Palm Beach Light House in the winter to spot whales, or visit Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park with its Indigenous rock carvings and roaming wallabies. We have a bus stop at our door step - this will take you into Palm Bach or Avalon village. From there you can take an express bus into the city. Wedding Preparations We are the perfect location for Brides to be for their pre wedding night and Wedding preparation and pre wedding photos. About the house itself: it's super suitable for families. 1. A new house with a charming swimming pool. The house is designed in a Balinese style and is located in a quiet neighborhood with excellent privacy. It is definitely a great place to relax on the weekend. 2. There are a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house. There are four bedrooms with seven beds. Two of the rooms have four single beds, providing a good amount of privacy. The master bedroom is very large and has a bathroom and a dressing room. The shared bathroom has a bathtub. 3. Spacious and bright dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and kitchen utensils. The living room has a three-seater sofa, two single sofas, and a sofa bed. It is very convenient, with excellent lighting and great comfort. 4. Double garage, fully available for guests! About the backyard: 1, The backyard has a super nice Balinese style holiday cottage, cottage with loungers, bar and sauna room, sparkling swimming pool, end of swimming can be enjoyed to the fullest in the cottage. 2, with separate entertainment room, recreation room with automatic mahjong machine, pool table, ping pong table and special children's toy area, it is a good place for adults and children to relax. About transportation: You can walk to the lake, you can ride riding, parent-child activities are cozy and relaxing, a few minutes drive to the entrance, shelly beach golf, etc., life is also very convenient, you can walk to KFC McDonald's and other fast food restaurants About pets: no pet Regarding parking: 1.
