Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Our Studio is fresh and inviting with spectacular ocean views from Terrigal to Norah Head Lighthouse. A fabulous view at night with all the lights up and down the coast. The beach walk along the ocean edge from North Avoca to Avoca main beach is so inviting where you can enjoy the local culinary delights and sights. Terrigal has a large selection of restaurants and bars where the fun crowd gather with lots of live music and entertainment at night and surf its famous beach during the day.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.
