It's a really nice cottage, and the location and view are simply amazing. You have the most beautiful sea view whether you are cooking, sitting on the sofa or eating breakfast on the terrace. We 👌🤩 had the pleasure of a couple of wonderful days in the house with lots of peace. The nature and sea views are balm for the soul and great for calming the limbic nervous system 🙏🏻🪷 A completely calm summer evening in the large and warm wilderness bath overlooking the water and with a bird of prey hanging and hovering in the air 100 meters away, simply so delicious 👌🙏🏻🌊🕊️☀️🌿🌳 I give my absolute warmest recommendations of both Robert as a host and their beautiful cottage.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb-s we have ever been. The flat is tastefully furnished and the garten right on the forrestside is a peacefull oase. Dorte & Steen are super nice and friendly - their character and mentality reflects the original idea of airbnb community.

I immediately felt comfortable in these beautiful, bright rooms. Iben has furnished and decorated everything with a light hand, without anything imposing itself. Hyggelig!

We were only passing through to Norway and unfortunately only spent one night in the apartment. We would have stayed longer. The apartment looked very nice and clean. The check-in was absolutely easy and hassle-free. We will be happy to come back :)

It was just fantastic. Upon arrival, I just felt cozy. The house is so lovingly furnished, with so much attention to detail. It is actually much nicer and absolutely corresponds to the photos and the description. I was happy about rainy and windy days. After a long walk on the beach at Rygårde Strand or kiting in Grenaa, you could sit comfortably by the fireplace and enjoy a hot chocolate. The surroundings are so beautifully quiet and yet you have a small supermarket 500 m away that is open every day. It was a great time and my husband and I were totally relaxed in the end. We met Maiken herself a couple of times and she is a kind-hearted person. She also had some tips for the area and also for our kite-surfing heart :). It was nice to meet you. A big thank you!

Our stay at Merete’s stunning seaside home was unforgettable. We didn’t want to leave. It was like stepping into a fairytale and we will definitely go back! We left feeling revived and inspired. Everything was wonderful and made our senses come alive. All amenities were perfect. Super comfy bed, kitchen was so well stocked and the shower was spa- like with door open to the fields and the sound of the wind in the dune grass 🥰 The surroundings were beyond breathtaking and the design and aesthetic of this truly Danish thatched cottage were simply beautiful and of great quality. It is so evident in all the small touches how much this space is loved by the owner ♥️ Merete was an impeccable host and left us the most thoughtful gifts on arrival 💕. I can’t wait to return.

It's rare to meet very likeable people. Nicolas is one of them. A friendly, helpful, open-minded and likeable host. Now to the property: The place has a great view and is quiet. The only thing you can hear is a train. In addition, the surroundings invite you to take great walks. The place itself is clean and has all the basic amenities. We particularly liked the stove, which we always turned on after our long walks. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Greetings Claas&Janine

Sus was incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible throughout our stay. The environment was very quiet and clean, making it a comfortable place to stay. Although our stay was not for travel purposes—we were temporarily staying here while preparing for an international move and closing down our nearby home—we still found the location very convenient for travelers as well. There were several supermarkets nearby, and the bus stop was close, offering easy access to the city center. If we ever return to Aarhus, we would definitely love to stay at Sus’s place again. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful stay!

We had booked Helle's apartment, what a fantastic apartment, nice and clean and very new. We 👍 have enjoyed the view on the terrace and all the birds. We highly recommend Helle's apartment to others and we will most certainly come back Thank you for a lovely stay, Helle 👍

Lovely and quiet place. I was there to relax, and it was perfect for that. Out in the countryside with a lovely outdoor area with tables and chairs. As well as the cozy company of purring cats. The apartment was rustic, lacked a little trim and finish, but it was part of the charm. Merete has been very flexible and responded quickly to all questions. Can highly recommend it if you are looking for a place for peace and relaxation

We had an amazing stay. Elly and Bjarne are amazing hosts and very friendly. Kids had a lot of fun. Elly took the kids along to feed the horses, goats and chicken. We are also provided with fresh eggs. Would like to visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Karrina’s place. It was cosy, clean and as described. We didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the apartment, as we were out exploring most of the time, so we didn’t need to use the kitchen, but it looked well equipped. I travelled with my young son and was happy to share the bed as needed, but Karrina very kindly offered to leave a futon style fold out mattress which meant we both got more sleep! We arrived in to Aarhus at 12.30pm, but Karrina told us we were unable to check in until after 4pm, she did however offer for us to store our bags in the basement if needed. Things to note, Check in was simple and straightforward Everything was clean, especially linens and towels were lovely and fluffy. The apartment is accessed by stairs only and it’s the top apartment in the building so not ideal if you have any mobility issues. Floorboards are pretty squeaky throughout - so if you’re travelling with a light sleeper this is worth keeping in mind! Location is fab.

Nice and peacefull location just out of town perfect for getting some rest. the house is amazing and has everything you will need. Flemming is a wondefull host aswell!

Nice little cozy apartment. Nice location close to forests and lakes and within walking distance of Silkeborg city center. Garden with a babbling brook. Friendly and welcoming host couple. A really nice place that can be highly recommended.

"As it would be at home in France", Peder and Kirsten are simply beautiful people: kind, respectful, cautious about the happiness of their hosts. Very touching little touches to please. As for the place... (4 days) it is a small paradise by the lake, an extraordinary view with a fantastic sunset and possibility of breakfast with swans, numerous and diverse birds in a refreshing peace. The place has everything you need, very comfortable beds with a magical lake view. Multiple hikes or walks are possible. Summer activities for everyone. We highly recommend coming to take a magical break in this caring home. The value for money is great. We wish Kristen and Peder a nice continuation.

Loved Thomas’ apartment, felt very homely and pleasant. Lovely art on the walls, comfortable bed. The second bed is a futon which was very comfortable. Great shower also. All in all, a lovely space to base yourself whilst checking out Aarhus.

Everything was just perfect. Super clean apartment. Perfect view and very fast communication with landlord Kristin. She had a lot of tips for the surrounding area. Very nice parking in the basement. Super super place and host.

Andreas's apartment was a great place to stay. It is incredibly clean, uncluttered, and peaceful. The neighborhood is very nice and it's a reasonable walk to the train station.
